Excellent customer service from the staff at Dublin airport this morning and the driver up to Derry. Very nice experience and will highly recommend! Thank you!

out bound travel was excellent clean in fact spotless my only concern is return on this occasion my flight was very delayed which meant i missed 2 connections with the coach and the next one was well into the early hours definitely not suitable i would like to see some sort of back up system for passengers who find themselves in this situation maybe they could have a check up system in place with airport for delays

Customer Service does not exist. Live location of the bus is never anavailable (they put it on the sings but did not actually activate the service?!). The online booking is not respected: it does not give any priority. I've seen many people left at the bus stop while they were waving the online booking, because the driver let too many people without reservation on the bus, and it's not that they don't know how many people booked online. I've seen driver skipping stops, like instead of going on the bridge, at the UCD stop, the driver just went down the bridge, avoiding it. I was on that bus, I sent an email to the costumer service and I never get a reply. I have email tracker, it wasn't even opened. Service is the same as 3 years ago BUT THEY RAISED THE PRICE, of course, it all makes sense. People have to recommend it because the only other option is public transport but it does not run during the night and it will take 2 hours and half to get to the airport, while with the Aircoach is 50/60 mins. It's easy to run a business when there's no competition.

Aircoach need to have signs up about people turning off sound for games/insta etc when they’ve no headphones. Then perhaps I would have felt I could have assertively asked for the person beside me to turn the sound off on Instagram. They were scrolling for 3hrs!

I booked my ticket with my young adult card (YAC) for 8pm bus from dublin to cork I don’t know if the bus driver is new or not which is shouldn’t matter but he should learn what is what. When I was getting on the bus he wanted to see my leap card and then he started to tell me you are not student, I tried to explain him I am young adult and he never listened. I tried to show him how it’s works which is it’s not my job. He just keep saying to me “you need to be student, it is not student card.” I was every time using Aircoach until now. I am not gonna use this company again because I don’t want to deal with any brainless driver… date is 12/12/2024

Please please please put a stop on Sandymount strand Road (R131) at the Martello Tower. I promise you it will pay dividends. You have thar Sandymount catchment area all AB1s. Prime candidates. There are in fact several bus stops along there. Your driver very kindly dropped me at one. I would point out that on the timetable and map it's there, but in fact it's on Merrion Rd. Missing a trick. Grateful Aer Lingus staff customer.

I booked through RyanAir, however I was not allowed to board the coach because it was full, and since I didn't book directly with Aircoach, our purchased tickets didn't have priority. Eventually, we took a taxi and barely made our flight. Upon trying to get a refund from RyanAir for the aircoach booking, Aircoach support tells me to contact Ryanair, and Ryanair tells me to contact aircoach, and nobody can provide a solution. DO NOT BOOK AIRCOACH THROUGH RYANAIR!!!

Good service - on time . Sockets at every seat - none of them working 😞 Driver said “they are switched on” , but not a single socket appeared to work .

I bought the ticket 8:39pm yesterday, and I immediately noticed the mistake that I booked a wrong date, so I definitely reached you guys within 48hours to change my ticket time, but why you back to me I’m not?

702 to Airport arrived 25mins late at Shankill stop. No live tracking - called the customer care number who claimed it was only 10 minutes late. This service was once reliable, it is now very undependable. First Bus UK is dreadful management company

As other people mentioned. On Saturday 7 th December the 2.10 bus from Belfast international was no show. I waited for the next one 4.10 , no show again. No information on the app. Total disgrace. I took a bus to Belfast and managed to catch an Ulster bus to Derry. Ulster bus is a much cheaper and better service. Shame they don’t run from the airport.

As with the previous reviewer I too waited an hour for the 14.10 Aircoach from Belfast international airport to Derry but it didn’t show. There was no communication from the company and when I tried to track it just showed the route as normal. There were many people waiting and we all gave up after an hour. I then took a taxi to Antrim costing me £17 planning to get a train to Derry from there only to find that there were no trains running at all. My husband had to drive from Derry to Antrim to collect me. It was very cold and this was totally unacceptable as a service. We are now going through the process of obtaining a refund. I had booked extra flexi fare. Poor service Airbus - no one was able to get any information. you need address this issue.
