“Investment fraud is growing hugely and I advise the public to stay away from these fraudulent companies. For those who are victims to these scams like myself, I strongly recommend you to approach an Ethical Hacker. I invested $250,000 and was unable to get my hard earned money back from an unregulated company that kept demanding for more deposits. (LINDA SMITH) has successfully recovered investment for their clients. I have to hire them as well and they did not disappoint me, they recovered all of my money back into my account. “No bus seems to be a very common problem. Why is there no app that shows what is not running, people are on the way to the airport with deadlines. So cop on Airbus”

“A truly sensory experience. An hour into this late night trip to Cork. Eyes burning from the stink of urine from the full toilet. I pity anyone further back. But the real clincher is the old guy behind me that was let on with a full Burger King. Having thrown the greasy bag up on our coats he’s now snoring and farting up a storm. People shouldn’t be let on with hot food. If I don’t jam a cork in one end of this guy by the time we get to our destination, it’ll be a miracle. Please, service toilets and enforce a no hot food rule.”

“Arrived into Dublin Airport 30/11 2024 went outside to get bus was told no bus till 20 50 got my ticket to greystones . Out at bus stop 10 minutes before due and waited back to office and told that bus had been cancelled . We should have been told no bus till 21 50 . Really not good enough ☹️☹️☹️”

“Booked a ticket from Belfast International to Derry on 29th November at 8pm…..waited until 9.18pm with a huge queue of people and the bus didn’t show up! No communication and no representatives from the bus company available. Awful service, never again!”

“Very poor. Given incorrect time information. This happened the last time I used Aircoach too. When I asked the person in the kiosk (17.10 Friday 29th Nov) he was extremely rude. I had only said I was given the wrong time and could he please let his staff know. Said it wasn’t his problem got very rude and wasn’t even prepared to forward information on. If this is your customer interface it really needs attention.”

“Today 28th Nov, 12.55 departure from Derry. The coach left on time but unfortunately broke down the other side of the Glenshane Pass. Tried to fix issue with the help of water provided by a few passenger. Driver kept us fully informed and said a relief coach was on its way. That coach arrived with in 30 mins. A great recovery by Aircoach”

“My experience with this partner was a failure. I advise everyone not to fall into the trap I fell into. I bought tickets and took out insurance on them. I was unable to get the value of the tickets back or change my flight to another day. Note that the flight has 26 days left. The partner is Kiwi. I do not recommend this airline. They are thieves and robbers. When you contact them, they advise you to change the page. When you do what they told you to do, they apologize and try again. I do not recommend them at all. A failed partner and failed employees.”

“The service is good, however the number of stops are too widely spread which makes it difficult to get to a pick up point. Your refunds policy is very inflexible. When I inadvertently paid for a ticket which should have been free with my bus pass, your staff would not entertain my case.”

“Good, reliable bus company who are always on time. Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Make sure to tick the box to pay a little extra to adjust your ticket date and time. While the helpful staff online will probably help sort it out if you make a mistake (takes a few days) it’s much quicker just to pay the extra €1 and do it yourself.”
