my coach ticket was cancelled, and when I went to book another ticket, the price had increased. Spoke to Helpline and they not only rebooked a new ticket but honoured the original price I had paid for the cancelled service. Fast, efficient and very helpful. Thank you.

The service was great. The bus came and departed swiftly. The bus itself was modern and comfortable. The journey was quite fast. All round I was very happy with the experience. Thank you Aircoach.

Had an unfortunate situation where I had to cancel a holiday at short notice due to a medical emergency. I needed to obtain documents in to provide to the travel insurance company, Ryan couldn’t have been more helpful. After a phone call and multiple emails, everything was sorted. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had.

Driver always leaves the bus stop earlier than the departure time . It's very unpleasant for those who need transportation :(

The bus was 10 minutes early leaving my stop so I, along with other passengers , missed it . Not realising that we had missed it we waited at the stop for 30 minutes past its scheduled time assuming it was late . Baffling how a time critical airport service can operate in this way

704X route bus was cancelled, the cancellation email went to a junk inbox. All alternative options were fully booked. Our flight landed in Dublin airport at 21.45 and I was stranded. This is an unreliable service.

Waited 28 minutes for an Aircoach that was due at 5.02am. Got a taxi when it didn't arrive. Customer service will not issue a refund as they claim it arrived 29 minutes late and they don't refund within 45 minutes. The previous time I booked an Aircoach, I arrived 4 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and the bus was about to leave despite knowing they had a booking for that stop. About a year before I got on from the city centre and 4 full Aircoaches went past before I had to get a taxi .... they did refund that time but did not apologise and made me jump through hoops.

Was on the 704, Cork to Dublin, at 5am on Thursday 14th. The driver, Mohammed, was excellent. He was polite, helpful and had a cheery disposition, and also was a very good driver.

First-time customer. The bus didn't arrive - we had to take a taxi (St. Stephens Green - Airport). No upfront information from Aircoach. They refunded the online ticket but not the Flexi part of it -> even though the bus didn't arrive I couldn't cancel it myself and had to reach out to them adding more work to the already terrible experience.

I bought a ticket for the 1:25pm 700 Aircoach, and as my flight was delayed, ran to get there on time, arriving at exactly 1:25. I assumed it wasn’t there yet, so I waited at the stop. Three minutes later I asked an agent if it was coming to be told that it had left. I had bought a ticket specifically for that time, as you have to do now with Aircoach, to ensure a seat, only to have it leave early. As I am on my way to a wake, I had to have someone come to pick me up, as I couldn’t wait for the next bus. The Aircoach service used to be my go-to for travelling to the airport, but it’s become progressively worse over the past years, and I’ll now be exploring other options. Will requesting a refund.

Hi Aircoach. This afternoon I took buss 700 from the airport around 2:30 pm terminal 2 and I forgot my bag with hats, bottle of water and power bank, could you help me with it? Thank you!
