I sought to change my booking time znd spent 25 mins in a phone queue and when I got to speak to your rep was told it was too late at 3 mins past 4, as within one hour of my booking so I had to pay again for the 7pm service.

I used to take Route 702 as a frequent air traveller. I found now that the service is really bad, the timetable is every two hours, which obliges me to take a taxi as often my flight is early in the morning and return later than the last aircoach which is at 20.05. If there is a lack of staff, there should be recruitment and training. There would be more customers on that line if the service could be back to one coach every hour and a much later return in the evening. Hope that it will be the case.

Still quite expensive for a bus ride and the coaches rarely show up on time, I'm usually experiencing 15 to 30min delays. Also, I missed several coaches in the Aiport T2 because the bus started at T1 and was full. So every time I land in T2 I either have to go walk to T1 or take an expensive taxi from T2. Also, this review form doesn't make any sense with questions like "Was your delivery on time?" "Who made the delivery?" "Was the item damaged?" "How many days did the delivery take?". The least you can do is QA your survey before sending it. So even filling out the form was a poor experience.

Aircoach I booked for 23:55 was full when I showed up... I thought the point of booking a bus at a certain time was to be assured a space on it when it showed up... I had to wait for te next bus for 20 mins in the cold

Could have been better communication while waiting for the bus. No clear signage, just someone shouting. Why were tickets checked twice? The first check just moved people away from shelter to the open while it was -1. The driver checked tickets again before boarding. The staff seemed like a group of dodgy blokes. No professional standards at all.

Not as comfortable as I thought, no usb to charge your phone and I wish security would be added on buses. I had to pretend sleeping for an hour and half to avoid the person sitting next to me. He was drunk and continued drinking like crazy on the bus with his friends.

when going to Dublin airport it did not come on time and on my return at the aiport its location is not known. The information on the screen shows zone 16 but waited for it an hour at the said area and I just opted for another means of transport

Uncomfortable coach, no direction on where to go after leaving bus or where bus stops in Dublin, driver on return journey didn't know how the tickets worked

Late arriving, wife and couldn’t get a seat together. Elderly couple travelling from Australia, would have appreciated some help getting suitcases into an already full luggage storage area

Badly organized. It took me 2 hrs to get from Donnybrook to the airport, the coach was 45 mins late. During rush hour, the route needs to be split in 2. We had the next coach pass us while the coach was still stopping at every stop. I felt bad for the driver who had to put up with this disorganized routing.

The bus journey itself was perfect. We arrived before time. But considering the fact that I had paid for the service, I was unhappy with the fact that none of the charging plugs worked and there was no wifi available on the bus. This is something that is advertised and I was relying on the plug sockets working as I was heading to the airport and needed my phone fully charged as my boarding pass was on my phone.

I used to use the Greystones service but as that now only runs every two hours it is seldom convenient. On 12th December, having been delayed for hours at Gatwick, my plane landed at 11.59pm. I ran through T2 hoping to get the 12.30am service to Leopardstown- it did not run and there were many disgruntled and cold people waiting. We were all aware that the next service due at 1am was the second last and did not know if the 1am service would run or if we would be able to get on it as apparently there have been times when it is full or almost so leaving T1. The 1am coach did arrive at 1.10am but by then people were starting to panic. Many, myself included, said they had lost confidence in the service and would be look8ng at alternative transport methods in the future.

I’ve travelled with Aircoach a few times and has mostly been a pleasant experience. However despite pre booking a ticket I’ve had to wait anywhere from 1-3 hours for the next available bus as there isn’t enough spaces. It’s honestly a gamble and sometimes the drivers can be a bit rude. I’m not sure if this is because i’m young, black or a woman. I’ve noticed they’re a lot kinder to middle aged shire people. Anyways i suggest having at least 2 buses per route that way people aren’t waiting in the rain and those who couldn’t precook for whatever reason can still make their journey at desired time :)

On the 30th of December i experienced a bus driver say that tickets had to be purchased on liner only and could not get a 9.30 bus. The next bus driver at 10.30 said that tickets could be sold at the bus stop. Quite confusing

The coach was late and over crowded. The driver never opened the side door to allow passengers to place their cases. As a result this left it almost impossible to pass through the isle to your seats. The bus had passengers standing in the middle of the isles as there were too many on it. I was very disappointed and overwhelmed by the whole experience. The driver was rude and very unhelpful.

There were too many stops on the way and the coach parked right at the opposite end of departures
