No leg room bus was too full for a long trip

There was a mix-up with drivers due to a shortage. We got onto the bus in Belfast, then after ten minutes got asked to get off the bus and told another bus was coming as there was no driver available for this bus. The new coach came and got us to the airport stop, we then were instructed that we had to switch to another bus to get into Dublin. This driver was incredibly short with me and the other passengers and the great part, it was the driver on the return trip back. He was just as irked with passengers on this return journey.

The aircoach broke down outside mitchels Town at 2am so we had to wait for the next one.

I was traveling March 23rd from Leopardstown Clayton hotel. Bus which supposed to arrive at 11 arrived around 11.30 and moved at 11.40/45. It is not acceptable to have 40 min delay to the airport. I regret that I didn't take public transport to the city center and after another bus to the airport, would be cheaper and faster.

Taking the coach from the airport was fine, no problems. The return however didn't turn up at all so I had to take the regular bus in case I missed the flight. There was no way of knowing whether it was just late or not.

I had bought the tickets in advance and was not informed of the change of schedule and terminal. I missed 3 buses because of this. No one informed me. This happened at Dublin Airport, coach to Belfast.

No WiFi. Never any working charging points and when they have toilets on board they are always locked . 2 hours between services is too long and services finishing at 8pm is a joke

The toilet inside the bus was out of order on our way in and our way out of Belfast.

Generally good but recent trip from Belfast to Dublin had a bus with no working toilet. Bus had come from Derry and toilet had been out of order whole way. If the bus has no working toilet a 10 minute stop at Castlebellingham services would seem appropriate.

No help from driver with luggage. I had to crawl into luggage area of coach at my destination to retrieve my bag. No announcement by driver on destination. No announcement by driver about seatbelts. Left with impression Aircoach couldn’t care less. Bring back Airporter!

Shame last 702 from Dublin airport is 8pm. This means it's not possible to work (eg in London) then to take a 6.30pm flight back to Dublin and still use this service. Hence one has to use a car instead. Also operating a service once every two hours means if a flight is delayed one can miss the coach and then sit around for 90 mins or more at Dublin Airport for next one - very dull. Again therefore best to use a car instead (which is a shame). Overall if Aircoach introduced hourly coaches further into the evening it may mean more people will buy tickets and it becomes an important key route rather than a curiosity for occasional use - eg only used by holiday makers who can factor in the extra hours needed to use this service currently.

Our flight was changed and Aircoach would not change our ticket. We had to purchase a new ticket. Appalling lack of customer service. Would not use this service again, if there was any other option.

11.50 Monday 30th Jan 705x dublin-derry I would not advise this 4hour torturous journey on hard seats with a cold bus. The seats have edging that cuts into your legs. Short journeys may be fine but my next trip will be direct with goldliner from Translink. Friendly staff is it. The bus are showing wear & tear and so so clean.

18:35 from Belfast international was 30 minutes late last night 1 feb, driver offered no explanation or apology to numerous very cold and damp passengers. New driver in fairness who took over was exceptionally good. As a regular Airporter user I only hope your service improves otherwise I’ll seek alternatives

Absolute rubbish. The coach I was on was nowhere near as comfy as Airporter, more expensive and sadly filthy when I got on at Belfast airport. The timetable is also nonsense. My flight arrived at 11am and I had to wait to get a late filthy uncomfortable coach that arrived at 1pm to goto Derry. Maybe I have been spoilt using Airporter for years, nice prices, nice timetable, beautiful clean, comfy coaches. Now I am faced with more expensive coaches for a filthy uncomfortable ride with long waits and delays.

A frightening trip i won t forget the door was not secured and flew open on the dulal carriageway, both me and my daughter were in the front seat next to the door. I thought the driver was rude to passengers as they boarded the bus and his body language suggested to me that he was tired.

it was freezing cold inside, so much so I was ill for days after this trip. People were wearing coats, scarves, gloves and beanies inside the coach..... why??

Get you there, but boarding is always a bit chaotic. Needs some more staff there to organise people more efficiently.
