Badly organized. It took me 2 hrs to get from Donnybrook to the airport, the coach was 45 mins late. During rush hour, the route needs to be split in 2. We had the next coach pass us while the coach was still stopping at every stop. I felt bad for the driver who had to put up with this disorganized routing.

The bus journey itself was perfect. We arrived before time. But considering the fact that I had paid for the service, I was unhappy with the fact that none of the charging plugs worked and there was no wifi available on the bus. This is something that is advertised and I was relying on the plug sockets working as I was heading to the airport and needed my phone fully charged as my boarding pass was on my phone.

I used to use the Greystones service but as that now only runs every two hours it is seldom convenient. On 12th December, having been delayed for hours at Gatwick, my plane landed at 11.59pm. I ran through T2 hoping to get the 12.30am service to Leopardstown- it did not run and there were many disgruntled and cold people waiting. We were all aware that the next service due at 1am was the second last and did not know if the 1am service would run or if we would be able to get on it as apparently there have been times when it is full or almost so leaving T1. The 1am coach did arrive at 1.10am but by then people were starting to panic. Many, myself included, said they had lost confidence in the service and would be look8ng at alternative transport methods in the future.

I’ve travelled with Aircoach a few times and has mostly been a pleasant experience. However despite pre booking a ticket I’ve had to wait anywhere from 1-3 hours for the next available bus as there isn’t enough spaces. It’s honestly a gamble and sometimes the drivers can be a bit rude. I’m not sure if this is because i’m young, black or a woman. I’ve noticed they’re a lot kinder to middle aged shire people. Anyways i suggest having at least 2 buses per route that way people aren’t waiting in the rain and those who couldn’t precook for whatever reason can still make their journey at desired time :)

On the 30th of December i experienced a bus driver say that tickets had to be purchased on liner only and could not get a 9.30 bus. The next bus driver at 10.30 said that tickets could be sold at the bus stop. Quite confusing

The coach was late and over crowded. The driver never opened the side door to allow passengers to place their cases. As a result this left it almost impossible to pass through the isle to your seats. The bus had passengers standing in the middle of the isles as there were too many on it. I was very disappointed and overwhelmed by the whole experience. The driver was rude and very unhelpful.

There were too many stops on the way and the coach parked right at the opposite end of departures

Coach was freezing on the way to Dublin from Belfast. We stood in the cold waiting to board with no shelter from the elements and then froze the whole way to Dublin.

Both boarding and getting off the bus were chaotic. It left Dublin Airport eleven minutes late – no apology. The WIFI was very slow and did not work for much of the journey. I have traveled on Aircoach regularly, but this was my worst experience thus far. The service, considering the price of the ticket, was poor.

It broke down. A replacement coach picked us up and we just made our flight.

I arrived later than planned due to a flight delay and was told different things by different representatives. I booked the flexible ticket just in case and got a space an hour later which was fine but the way people speak to you is not acceptable. Especially at an airport setting.

The coach was late to arrive at the stop and was very delayed arriving to the airport compared to the expected time. Lots of people had their carry on luggage on the bus which made it difficult for people to take seats.

Air coach is like traveling in a mobile sauna. The heat is cranked up to awful levels that make it awful and uncomfortable

The bus wasn't clean when we boarded as there were used cleansing wipes lying on our seats No toilet facilities on board the bus On our return journey the driver was late and our bus broke down. When we arrived back in Belfast the bus driver was shouting at us to hurry up and get off the bus. He had also dumped our bags out on the wet footpath before we disembarked - anyone could've walked off with them. I would not recommend Aircoach and will not be in a hurry to use it again.

The coaches are old and dingy, and could do with a refresh. I can live with this OK when travelling across Dublin - my journey is around 45 minutes - but the four hour Aircoach to Cork without a toilet or decent air con was pretty gruelling.
