“There were too many stops on the way and the coach parked right at the opposite end of departures”

“Coach was freezing on the way to Dublin from Belfast. We stood in the cold waiting to board with no shelter from the elements and then froze the whole way to Dublin.”

“Both boarding and getting off the bus were chaotic. It left Dublin Airport eleven minutes late – no apology. The WIFI was very slow and did not work for much of the journey. I have traveled on Aircoach regularly, but this was my worst experience thus far. The service, considering the price of the ticket, was poor.”

“I arrived later than planned due to a flight delay and was told different things by different representatives. I booked the flexible ticket just in case and got a space an hour later which was fine but the way people speak to you is not acceptable. Especially at an airport setting.”

“The coach was late to arrive at the stop and was very delayed arriving to the airport compared to the expected time. Lots of people had their carry on luggage on the bus which made it difficult for people to take seats.”

“The bus wasn't clean when we boarded as there were used cleansing wipes lying on our seats No toilet facilities on board the bus On our return journey the driver was late and our bus broke down. When we arrived back in Belfast the bus driver was shouting at us to hurry up and get off the bus. He had also dumped our bags out on the wet footpath before we disembarked - anyone could've walked off with them. I would not recommend Aircoach and will not be in a hurry to use it again.”

“The coaches are old and dingy, and could do with a refresh. I can live with this OK when travelling across Dublin - my journey is around 45 minutes - but the four hour Aircoach to Cork without a toilet or decent air con was pretty gruelling.”

“The bus was on time and clean, but I don’t see the point in having a toilet onboard when it is locked and the driver doesn’t have a key. I have to use the toilet regularly, so not having available facilities made for a very uncomfortable journey. Probably won’t use this service again.”

“We had very bad experience booking the tickets on your website First attempt to book a 9am booking came back as 1900 hours with no possibility to change it Second attempt site locked up and did not complete transaction Third attempt got a confirmation for 9am on 4th Jan as requested Sometime later second attempt came back with a confirmation So the trip cost me €90 instead of €30. “We took the train up to Belfast and the bus back. The bus was more expensive than the train. The bus has no bathroom for a 2.5 hour drive. The seats have no legroom (and I'm only 5'3") and the seats smell like they haven't been cleaned in years. I'll be taking the train.”

“Online booking was simple enough. I had a bus booked for 7:50 to get to the airport, the bus flew past the stop at 7:48. Was going far too fast to even see if people were waiting. I had to then pay for a Dublin express bus to get to the airport. I then used the bus later in the day, the bus was not clean. I will he using Dublin express from now on.”

“There is nearly no indication at Dublin airport and it's very hard to find the right bus. If you don't have an online booked ticket there is no possibility to get on a bus with no reservation and you have to wait 2-3 hours. The service in all is very poor and the way it's organised is dating middle age: how is it possible in 2022 that there are not specific allocated seats for people boarding in Dublin city and another allotment blocked for people boarding at Dublin Airport !!?! (many buses arrived already nearly overbooked at the airport).”
