The bus was on time and clean, but I don’t see the point in having a toilet onboard when it is locked and the driver doesn’t have a key. I have to use the toilet regularly, so not having available facilities made for a very uncomfortable journey. Probably won’t use this service again.

We had very bad experience booking the tickets on your website First attempt to book a 9am booking came back as 1900 hours with no possibility to change it Second attempt site locked up and did not complete transaction Third attempt got a confirmation for 9am on 4th Jan as requested Sometime later second attempt came back with a confirmation So the trip cost me €90 instead of €30. When I rang customer support they asked to provide evidence of the money taken from my back account. There must be a better way. Danny & Florence Donohoe 0861931957 or dannydonohoe@gmail.com

We took the train up to Belfast and the bus back. The bus was more expensive than the train. The bus has no bathroom for a 2.5 hour drive. The seats have no legroom (and I'm only 5'3") and the seats smell like they haven't been cleaned in years. I'll be taking the train.

Online booking was simple enough. I had a bus booked for 7:50 to get to the airport, the bus flew past the stop at 7:48. Was going far too fast to even see if people were waiting. I had to then pay for a Dublin express bus to get to the airport. I then used the bus later in the day, the bus was not clean. I will he using Dublin express from now on.

There is nearly no indication at Dublin airport and it's very hard to find the right bus. If you don't have an online booked ticket there is no possibility to get on a bus with no reservation and you have to wait 2-3 hours. The service in all is very poor and the way it's organised is dating middle age: how is it possible in 2022 that there are not specific allocated seats for people boarding in Dublin city and another allotment blocked for people boarding at Dublin Airport !!?! (many buses arrived already nearly overbooked at the airport).

aircoach was an hour late to airport. You need to adjust timetables to account for school-run disruptions.

We booked the 3.30am coach to get to Dublin Airport yet the bus came 20 minutes late! No explanation off the driver. All he said to the large crowd of people waiting was "i only have 5 seats left on this coach therefore i can only take those with pre booked 3.30am tickets" .. some were horrified, as like I would have been as we had to be at the airport by 4.15am. We noted there were at least 8 people waiting for the bus who had not pre booked tickets.. they had to hope there was space on the next bus. The fact the bus was 20 mins late made us think that we would also be late arriving at the airport. We had no idea how long the journey really would take and had no idea on how to contact you so early in the morning. We were really panicking!. Maybe you should just have pre bookable buses so as not to cause any upset. If we ever need to get to the airport again, we will definately get a taxi next time.

The coach broke down and we had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes for a replacement- the driver said the windows were not clearing but surely this should have been checked before the bus departed.

Your driver at Dublin Airport was rude & cynical, said that paying extea for a flexible fare meant nothing, to go to terminal 2, the coach was old, more like a bus, no actual bus terminal, walked to terminal in cold weather, had to wait another hour. I would not recommend your service.

Think the shock absorbers were damaged or broken - made for a very uncomfortable journey to Cork. No heating so quite cold.

Buses are not well maintained. I’ve yet to get a seat where the device charger actually works. Drivers are rude and often power tripping on young travellers. I was recently in a bus trip back from Dublin to Cork and there was a young traveller wanting to get on the bus in Dublin City. The driver said the bus was full. It was not. There were at least 15 free seats but they refused to let the person on the earlier bus. That said it’s the cheapest way to get to Dublin so you get what you pay for.
