The sockets on the bus didn't work and so I couldn't charge my phone and so I couldn't do work I had planned to do while on the bus. Also I found that the toilet on the bus was unusable for a woman. We don't have the option of standing while using the facilities and for us to sit down without catching the plague the toilet needs to be *thoroughly* cleaned after each service. Regards.

nearly always late, and the drivers are usually very rude (especially the Dublin ones - the ones on the cork one have mostly been friendly and helpful !) If there was another option, I’d use that ! Also typical that the review questions are completely irrelevant !! Asking about deliveries lol 😂

We traveled on a Friday night on the 700 service 2adults and a baby. We booked for 19:30. We arrived early but the bus at 7pm just didn’t show up. We came back for the 19:30 bus. It also didn’t show up! Even though several people had pre-booked like us! We got not explanation for the staff there and had to wait over an hour in the cold with a baby. Not impressed - especially since we paid €24. For the return journey took a taxi and it only cost €35. Not worth the hassle to use Air coach ever again.

Could not sit together despite travelling with infants. Don't recommend this service, if you are a family.

Absolute chaos at Glengall Street. Nothing the driver could do, he really did his best but left late and almost 3 fights.

The radio was on for the whole journey , which made the experience irritating. This does not happen on the train.

The bus driver was very abrupt and rushing people on to the bus. He was on a tight schedule so I can understand. The bus was very stuffy and warm and the air conditioning didn't work so it was hard to breathe

Bus runs once an hour and not according to their time table. The cost isn’t bad, but given the inconsistency in timing I would recommend another service.

Great that young adult/student leap cards are accepted but seems almost pointless if they can only be used when booking online, particularly as one must book online at least two hours in advance. Arriving into the airport and not knowing how long passport control/luggage will take means it’s not practical to book online. Hope to see leap cards accepted sooner rather than later as surely it’s not that difficult to introduce a simple reduction.

Hi, many thanks for your review. Your feedback will certainly be passed on for consideration. Tickets can be reserved online up to one hour prior to the departure time. We recommend that passengers allow at least one hour to pass through Dublin Airport.

Bought tickets at airport for return trip. Thought we'd be saving time and money. At the airport, the bus was more than half an hour late with no communication from the ticket stand that it was running behind. For our return trip, we were at the stop 15 mins early to make sure we wouldn't miss it. By the time the bus was 25 mins late, we gave up and took a taxi to make sure we got to the airport on time. No communication online that it was delayed or whether it was still coming.

Our bus arrived a few minutes early and I'm not sure if the driver would have waited if we'd not been there. The stop was listed as "Morehampton Rd Hampton Hotel" The bus stopped at the city bus stop and not in front of the hotel. There is an Aircoach sign at the bus stop, I only noticed it when we were boarding the bus, after running toward it when it stopped at the bus stop. This is not a big deal but an easy fix. We both had large backpacks (not hiking ones) and asked if we should stow them below and the driver sort of shrugged. The bus got full and we ended up having them on our laps for most of the trip. Not a big deal but as a courtesy he could have said that the bus could fill up quickly and it might be more comfortable for them to be stowed in the cargo area. The driver was unhelpful and did not help passengers retrieve their luggage from the cargo area of the bus. Maybe he was having a bad day but if you are dealing with people trying to catch a flight, a little courtesy goes a long way.

You Aircoach at 4:55 from Killiney had a timetable appropriate for rush hour, you could of got to the airport in half the time if you had a correct schedule. You stopped at most stops for 2-3 minutes as you were ahead of schedule, paying a driver for over an hour when a half hour would do. Also if you were only taking half an hour you customer's could get their quicker and would not need to get up as early.
