The seller in Dublin airport tried to rip us off. He insisted on charging for my 1 year old son and when I disputed it he was rude saying, well ‘Where do you expect him to sit?’ He has to sit on our lap on the airplane and of course I could put him on my lap home. Then I checked the website and it says children up to age 4 are free of charge, my one year old is very small so how could he have got that so wrong. It was intentional! Ripped off the second we are back in Ireland :(

But arrived half an hour late due to trafic jam. Which is everyday so.. Anyway good service as long as you plan an half an hour margin.

Two trips to airport. First one on Sept. 18 was very good. A bit late but driver was very friendly & helpful. Second trip to airport from Schoolhouse, driver didn’t open the baggage compartment and made us struggle up the stairs and juggle our bags to a seat. Very rude and unprofessional

Travelling from Belfast to Dublin airport was fine. However the return journey was not. I was near the beginning of queue and a girl with a tablet was scanning codes on tickets before letting us board. There was no code on my ticket even though it was valid and paid for. She kept me back while others behind me boarded consequently I was left until nearly last and had to maneuver through the bus to the back with breathing equipment I couldn't put underneath the coach. I found this very distressing and was breathless before I managed to get a seat . The air-conditioning wasn't on and the bus was very stuffy and I found it difficult to get a deep breath. The air-conditioning which lowered the temperature was only put on at Sprucefield, that being 2 hours into the journey. A child sitting beside me felt sick and unwell. Not a nice experience

The coaches are comfortable and punctual, but there is only one coach every 2 hours to/ from Greystones which is not enough. Also there are toilets onboard but they are locked and not accessible.

coming from and returning to the glasthule/sandycove area. the bus frequencies are a joke these days, 2 hr intervals/wait typically when you arrive at the airport and happen to be unlucky with your timing.

It was very confusing trying to find the location for the Aircoach departure at Dublin Airport. You should really revise the signage as one of the signs had 'You Are Here' and was saying it was ahead of us to the right, when it was actually behind us to the left and on the other side of a car garage. Not exactly the most helpful of situations to find yourself in when you're trying to make sure you get your bus on time.

While the driver and host were friendly and the coach itself was clean, the toilet smelled absolutely disgusting. Even sitting halfway up the coach the smell was overwhelming anytime someone went in to use it. In addition to that, my seat was broken and the seat pad kept sliding out of the bracket when I shifted. I did move after pinching my finger putting the seat back in place.

When you started we got service. Driver had a smile and always said hello and put your bags in storage. Now I experience grumpy drivers with no personality that refuse to put bags away. My last journey the drive gave out to me for not having the proper ticket. I had the date and time but pickup at Leopardstown and not St Raphael's. He wasn't go to let me on but to the fact only 2 other people on bus. In future will seek alternative journey to airport.

We booked a ride for the morning at 6 a.m as we had to catch our flight. Unfortunately did the Bus had a delay, which is quite bad when you need to get to the airport in time. But the baddest thing about that, was that we got absolutely no information, the website that can be used, was saying that there is no information available for this ride… We also couldn’t call the callcentre as it wasn’t open at this early hour. When the bus is late, there should be at least some information, as without that you are standing there in a foreign city not knowing what to do.

The reduction in service creates a slow journey to the airport as every stop is made. I almost missed my flight despite having left plenty of time to get to the airport and going to a route which is not the most convenient to my home (in Dalkey) Please bring back normal schedule on all routes!

Bus wasn't properly identified - some other company and without the destination visible boarding was a mess wifi not working arrived late Even your feedback form (this one) is for packages rather than for buses. Can't have any worse customer support!

I was disappointed that the 9:15 bus from Clayton hotel did not arrive (or at least not on time) however, not a big issue as they are every 15 minutes. I was much more disappointed at the treatment from the driver once the bus did arrive. First I was accused of not being there on time fro the 9:15 bus, (I was there at 9:05), second he claimed my pre booked ticket was invalid even though this was due to his late arrival. Serval other passengers along the route were met with the same obnoxious treatment, although I can't speak for them. Of course il use the service again but some customer service skills for this particular driver would go a long way. This bus departed Clayton Hotel Leopardstown around 9:32 on Tuesday 18th October 2022.

The driver was quite rude and dismissive. When I tried to ask him a simple question rather then answer me he offered criticism for purchasing the wrong ticket - paying too much. And he didn’t announce the stop I should exit as I asked - I’m a tourist and I had been up for 36 hours. He was not helpful or pleasant.
