Bus runs once an hour and not according to their time table. The cost isn’t bad, but given the inconsistency in timing I would recommend another service.

Great that young adult/student leap cards are accepted but seems almost pointless if they can only be used when booking online, particularly as one must book online at least two hours in advance. Arriving into the airport and not knowing how long passport control/luggage will take means it’s not practical to book online. Hope to see leap cards accepted sooner rather than later as surely it’s not that difficult to introduce a simple reduction.

Hi, many thanks for your review. Your feedback will certainly be passed on for consideration. Tickets can be reserved online up to one hour prior to the departure time. We recommend that passengers allow at least one hour to pass through Dublin Airport.

Bought tickets at airport for return trip. Thought we'd be saving time and money. At the airport, the bus was more than half an hour late with no communication from the ticket stand that it was running behind. For our return trip, we were at the stop 15 mins early to make sure we wouldn't miss it. By the time the bus was 25 mins late, we gave up and took a taxi to make sure we got to the airport on time. No communication online that it was delayed or whether it was still coming.

Hi, please accept our sincerest apologies for your recent experience. Unfortunately from time to time rush hour traffic can have a negative impact on the service.

Our bus arrived a few minutes early and I'm not sure if the driver would have waited if we'd not been there. The stop was listed as "Morehampton Rd Hampton Hotel" The bus stopped at the city bus stop and not in front of the hotel. There is an Aircoach sign at the bus stop, I only noticed it when we were boarding the bus, after running toward it when it stopped at the bus stop. This is not a big deal but an easy fix. We both had large backpacks (not hiking ones) and asked if we should stow them below and the driver sort of shrugged. The bus got full and we ended up having them on our laps for most of the trip. Not a big deal but as a courtesy he could have said that the bus could fill up quickly and it might be more comfortable for them to be stowed in the cargo area. The driver was unhelpful and did not help passengers retrieve their luggage from the cargo area of the bus. Maybe he was having a bad day but if you are dealing with people trying to catch a flight, a little courtesy goes a long way.

Woman got on the bus with her child & wouldn't get off. Police had to be called before we could leave.. not drivers fault but also No toilets on the bus.

You Aircoach at 4:55 from Killiney had a timetable appropriate for rush hour, you could of got to the airport in half the time if you had a correct schedule. You stopped at most stops for 2-3 minutes as you were ahead of schedule, paying a driver for over an hour when a half hour would do. Also if you were only taking half an hour you customer's could get their quicker and would not need to get up as early.

The driver for my journey was very rude to customers, had no customer service skills at all. I think a bit of training around customer service would be worth while for the majority of drivers. (I have come across some really nice drivers with Aircoach). It’s not nice sitting on a bus seeing others getting on and being spoken to in a terrible manner.

No rules set in place for passengers. People at the back were engaging in sexual activity and then were smoking in toilet. The driver is not to blame as they have to safely navigate the roads. Also people should not be allowed to talk loudly on phones. Rules should be set out at start of journey. It was a very unpleasant experience

When I booked my air coach journey as I pressed the purchase button I realized that I had put in the wrong date. This was a month before my journey. When I contacted the company they would not change the date for me. I can understand if it was near the time that I was going to travel but it was nearly a month away. I had no other option but to book another ticket. Very unsatisfactory. Sheila wall

Despite booking in advance to guarantee a seat, when my service turned up about 30 minutes late, there was no room for me. The next service, which was "five minutes away" took another 30 minutes, so I was standing in the cold weather for over an hour. All the spare time I'd left before my flight was eaten up and I had to hurry straight to the gate.
