You Aircoach at 4:55 from Killiney had a timetable appropriate for rush hour, you could of got to the airport in half the time if you had a correct schedule. You stopped at most stops for 2-3 minutes as you were ahead of schedule, paying a driver for over an hour when a half hour would do. Also if you were only taking half an hour you customer's could get their quicker and would not need to get up as early.

The driver for my journey was very rude to customers, had no customer service skills at all. I think a bit of training around customer service would be worth while for the majority of drivers. (I have come across some really nice drivers with Aircoach). It’s not nice sitting on a bus seeing others getting on and being spoken to in a terrible manner.

Air conditioning on all the way from cork to Dublin on the 1AM train - everyone shivering coming off and so cold nobody could sleep. Won't use it again will stay in Dublin the night before if going to airport early.

The reason I gave very poor ,is because on 2 occasions I travelled with Aircoach . And on both occasions I was freezing on the bus. Everybody had there coats up around there necks, I wasn’t the only one. I don’t think I would travel again on ur buses as is there is no comfort.

No rules set in place for passengers. People at the back were engaging in sexual activity and then were smoking in toilet. The driver is not to blame as they have to safely navigate the roads. Also people should not be allowed to talk loudly on phones. Rules should be set out at start of journey. It was a very unpleasant experience

When I booked my air coach journey as I pressed the purchase button I realized that I had put in the wrong date. This was a month before my journey. When I contacted the company they would not change the date for me. I can understand if it was near the time that I was going to travel but it was nearly a month away. I had no other option but to book another ticket. Very unsatisfactory. Sheila wall

Despite booking in advance to guarantee a seat, when my service turned up about 30 minutes late, there was no room for me. The next service, which was "five minutes away" took another 30 minutes, so I was standing in the cold weather for over an hour. All the spare time I'd left before my flight was eaten up and I had to hurry straight to the gate.

The journey itself was ineventful and comfortable however the coaches were booked out far on advance which meant I had to get one from Belfast at the crack of dawn for a 2 pm flight. The problem I can see is you service Dublin City Centre after the Airport and the number of shoppers still on the coach when I got off at the airport was clear to see. An Aircoach should just be for airport commuters.

The bus was 25 min late at our pickup station. Then, once we arrived at the first airport stop, the driver made a short inaudible announcement that mentioned one airline (not ours) and failed to say which terminal it was. Hence we missed our stop and had to walk back. Not helpful to first time travelers to Dublin.

Getting charged extra €5 for a golf bag is pathetic. It makes absolutely no difference to aircoach whether I bring a small bag or a big bag. Charging extra for a slightly bigger bag is just gouging!! Good luck to you. I will reconsider using this service in future and certainly look for other alternatives.

Normally I have no problems with aircoach, but my last journey to Dublin airport the driver was very slow, took an hour and a half to get there, the aircoach that was due after passed us in o Connell street, one lady on the bus kept asking the driver how much longer because she was worried about missing her flight
