Well using your service for years i know since Covid the hours have been cut back its also ridiculous that you cannot buy ticket online because you've a free seniors pass so it looks to me if your not bringing back the hourly bus travel to airport and that maybe I could not be allowed on bus if its full due to not been allowed to book online...I won't be using you guys again such a pity its been great and your staff have been excellent 👍.

Coach on time but already very full. Driver didn't offer to place luggage in storage area. Several elderly passengers trying to get on bus with luggage. Most passengers sat with cases on laps. Seemed unnecessarily uncomfortable

I always try getting the aircoach but after the last trip I'm not so sure. Either the Aircon was off or it was up high, it was so warm and stuffy I had to get off at the three arena and was do sick I actually vomited. I had to get a taxi the rest of the way to the airport. Please can the Aircon be working on the coaches going forward?

All of the routes are designed to maximise profits rather than service. Buses going to Killiney, Greystones, etc. should skip the city centre entirely like they used to to improve the journey times. It took me less time to fly to Dublin than it did to cross the city on an Aircoach.

We bought two tickets to go to Dublin Airport late September. Prior to the trip, I went online to check where the nearest bus station was. Found the directions a bit confusing, but understood it was somewhere near the Samuel Beckett bridge so that's where we went. Arriving to this location 10 minutes before the arrival of the bus as indicated, there is no signage of Aircoach anywhere, walked to the Conference Centre to see if the bus stop was there, but couldn't find anything. Went back to the previous bus stop with no signage and hoped that it was the right one. Meanwhile, we see an Aircoach bus in the distance that was in the middle lane which indicated it wouldn't make a stop. Luckily, we gestured like crazy to the driver who stopped a bit further ahead. This isn't a new service, signage should be in place since buses are the only other way for people to make their way to the airport rather than taking a taxi. FYI - the optional questions on this survey relate to courier services, maybe have them removed?

Hi, thanks for your review and sincerest apologies for your experience. The issue has been reported to our operations department and the timetable will be updated with a more detailed description of our pick up point. Thanks, Aircoach Team.

Price is constantly increasing, along with additional stops as well ast total length of journeys (even in off peak journeys).

Disappointed in inflexible attitude to ticketing. Bought flexi type tickets which were too inflexible to use. Was not allowed to board earlier bus at T2 Dublin Airport in spite of spaces being available because we could not go online and change within narrow limits. Common-sense suggests that if seats are available you should have access. Also only having ticket purchase at terminal one proved very frustrating for some T2 passengers without tickets who were advised to run up to T1 and perhaps get one of the 6 seats available. This was some months ago and perhaps it has been changed since then. But after using Aircoach for many years on our return journey a few weeks ago we used Ulsterbus. Don't know what below questions mean!! "How did you find the returns process" etc

The bus was old and technically didn't fit the purpose. The heather ran out of control, was blowing hot air all the way. Driver opened sunroofs to let the cool fresh air in. Driver was nice and doing good job. The bus was old and uncomfortable for the journey, without even mentioning technical problems. Bad experience.

The coach I took from Shankhill village to Dublin airport arrived at the airport with 50 - 60 min delay. That kind of delay is unacceptable for airport coaches.

What happened to the great cheap reliable air coach ??? 18.05. And trying to get to south country Dublin ! I am 80 oap and the young plump ticket issuer has refused to serve me because he won’t accept my. Psi card ( which I always use and. When I complained he said go somewhere else I don’t have to give you a ticket ! After traveling all day and I am v tired and I have been using air coach since before he was born, I am on the edge of collapse looking for a way home ! What ever happened to Polite and helpful service he was down right rude to me ??

No organisation, a stampede when the coach arrived at Glengall Street. Not user friendly for a 73 year old with health issues. When struggling to load cases into hold was sworn at. Will not use again, unless major changes.

Boarded from Belfast 15.30 10th September granted it was busy but not allowed to carry on shopping bags which cannot be sealed as this for me presented me with a security problem and attitude of driver was quite rude to say the least had to go elsewhere and were more accomodating

I had booked and paid online. My son gave me a lift and we arrived at the exact time , but driver had already sold my seat. He said it said on ticket that I should have been there 15 minutes before. Was quite a shock but thankfully I had time to get a Translink bus, which cost me nothing as I have a Senior Smart Pass. I didn't know you can book their's online too, till after.
