Disappointed in inflexible attitude to ticketing. Bought flexi type tickets which were too inflexible to use. Was not allowed to board earlier bus at T2 Dublin Airport in spite of spaces being available because we could not go online and change within narrow limits. Common-sense suggests that if seats are available you should have access. Also only having ticket purchase at terminal one proved very frustrating for some T2 passengers without tickets who were advised to run up to T1 and perhaps get one of the 6 seats available. This was some months ago and perhaps it has been changed since then. But after using Aircoach for many years on our return journey a few weeks ago we used Ulsterbus. Don't know what below questions mean!! "How did you find the returns process" etc

The bus was old and technically didn't fit the purpose. The heather ran out of control, was blowing hot air all the way. Driver opened sunroofs to let the cool fresh air in. Driver was nice and doing good job. The bus was old and uncomfortable for the journey, without even mentioning technical problems. Bad experience.

The coach I took from Shankhill village to Dublin airport arrived at the airport with 50 - 60 min delay. That kind of delay is unacceptable for airport coaches.

What happened to the great cheap reliable air coach ??? 18.05. And trying to get to south country Dublin ! I am 80 oap and the young plump ticket issuer has refused to serve me because he won’t accept my. Psi card ( which I always use and. When I complained he said go somewhere else I don’t have to give you a ticket ! After traveling all day and I am v tired and I have been using air coach since before he was born, I am on the edge of collapse looking for a way home ! What ever happened to Polite and helpful service he was down right rude to me ??

No organisation, a stampede when the coach arrived at Glengall Street. Not user friendly for a 73 year old with health issues. When struggling to load cases into hold was sworn at. Will not use again, unless major changes.

Boarded from Belfast 15.30 10th September granted it was busy but not allowed to carry on shopping bags which cannot be sealed as this for me presented me with a security problem and attitude of driver was quite rude to say the least had to go elsewhere and were more accomodating

I had booked and paid online. My son gave me a lift and we arrived at the exact time , but driver had already sold my seat. He said it said on ticket that I should have been there 15 minutes before. Was quite a shock but thankfully I had time to get a Translink bus, which cost me nothing as I have a Senior Smart Pass. I didn't know you can book their's online too, till after.

the Service from Greystones to the Airport and back is awful. The frequency of every two hours is terrible and they are always late

We were sitting at the back of the bus and the heat coming out from behind us (the engine must be there I suppose) was unbearable. There was no way we could sit somewhere else as the coach was full. Apart from that, things went fine.

The charger plugs need checking; the did not work on both legs of the journey. There was too cold A/C. We froze until I tweeted on Twitter, and soon after it was switched off fir awhile.

I was disappointed with the availability of buses over the summer / peak holiday season. Despite booking a flexible ticket, when my flight was delayed & i was unable to make original time, I was only able to get a seat on the next bus due to another passenger not showing up. The bus was full and the next one wasn’t for another 2 hours.

left item on dublin cork bus and options for getting it back were very very restrictive. Insisting people pick it up in Dublin or pay for courier many of which would not go to aircoach offices, not good enough. people I dealt with on phone and email nice but service options poor. no response or recognition of lost property web form. got reply after repeated calls/email. About 3 days - option below only offers 6-12 hours or over a week!

I was very disappointed that my bus pass was not accepted by Aircoach. This is the 1st bus company that did not accept it. I was a little late for my bus due to a knee injury and although the bus was still stopped he drove off and I had to wait for the next bus. It was a very disappointing 1st journey with Aircoach and I doubt that I will use them again. Regards Philomena

it felt as it was not very clean, too crowded, maybe a second bus could be added , or a VIP. service , so as to “ spread the load”

There didn’t seem to be enough buses in service. If you hadn’t booked a seat online, you had to wait for hours to see if someone didn’t show up for their reservation. Not everyone has a smart phone or the ability to print a ticket, especially when travelling.

The coaches themselves are fine and the drivers are very courteous and hardworking, however there are not enough buses between Dublin airport and Cork

I rang before hand and asked about wheelchair assistance and was told the bus had wheelchair assistance but upon arrival the driver told us otherwise, it was a painful climb up the stairs!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!

Drivers and probably management have let the company go bad. Extraordinary fares and general attitude and lack of customer training really have made the last few journeys unpleasant. If there was a choice, I would use another transport service
