Service to my location only every two hours. Tried to use them the Leopardstown bus from Airport with friend picking me up, had internet ticket, bus driver refused to take me as bus was full in T2.

I paid extra for flexibility because of the risk that an international flight might not arrive on schedule. When that happened and we missed our Aircoach reservation, I needed to buy new tickets for another departure time with no refund for the missed earlier bus. That is not a fair system.

Asked Aircoach before booking whether the route would take the Beckett bridge, I was told it did, but then the journey did not take this route, instead going the slower route via Westland Row. A journey that used to take 40m now takes 1h15. I will be using Dart + Dublin Express from now on to get from South Dublin to the airport. Sadly Aircoach has sacrificed a high quality South Dublin express service in order to wring more money out of this route.

Generally, the service is 5 star but the small print on flexible option is misleading. I missed say 3pm bus by 2 minutes but was unable to book on the 4pm. That was the reason I paid for a flexible option. I could book on the 5pm okay

The driver was rude (telling me to hurry on) when I was trying to get my cases and stroller into the luggage hold with a 3 year old on my own! The bus was very cold in the evening journey

Aircoach is not a dependable service. Based on my previous four trips I would not recommend Aircoach. The buses have been late, in poor condition (possibly not roadworthy) and overcrowded, with luggage blocking the aisles that compromised safety. The coach times are spaced in a way that makes it difficult to avoid using taxis.

Any aircoach bus I've gotten has been very comfortable and arrived on time at its destination. When I am able to get it. The new timetable of the route 702 buses from Dublin Airport to Greystones leaves a lot to be desired with no buses running between 8pm and 6am. Furthermore, under the current timetable there are no buses from Dublin Airport to Leopardstown between 1.25am and 6am. This left us stranded at the Airport and we eventually got a taxi all the way back to bray costing us over 100euro to get home. I used to always get the but because of the really extensive cutbacks that have been made to the timetables I would choose other transport means over the aircoach even at times when are there are aircoaches running. Even if there was a route to Leopardstown running between 1.30am and 6am this would have significantly assisted us in getting home and cut our taxi far at least by half.

Nothing wrong with the journey. Difficult part was having to crawl into the luggage hold to retrieve our luggage,as the driver watched me???? I wouldn't have thought that was health and safety compliant. Don't expect any assistance.

Need an aircoach to Dundrum, Rathfarnham, Terenure, Tallagh area. Large population there with no direct connection to airport.

I booked an aircoach around around 4am on Westmoreland st Aug 19th; coach was 10 mins early and drove off as I arrived. I hopped into a taxi that drove me to the next stop on O'Connell st where the driver was struggling with telling about 15-20 people they couldn't get on the bus and only people who had prebooked could get on the bus. If a bus is due to be at a stop at 03.57 am, it shouldn't be pulling away from the stop before that time. I could have been late for my flight had a taxi driver not take pity on me when he saw me chase after the bus. I would be reluctant to book aircoach again. Too few buses running before 6am.

When I purchased my ticket from Dublin Airport, the attendant told me there were no tickets available for the rest of the day. I then checked the website and I was able to purchase my ticket. I do not know why she did not want to sell me a ticket, and why she lied because there were many spots available. That was very inappropriate.

Aircoach should have 0 tolerance policy on drunk passengers. Having to sit for 3 hours on 1 am bus with absolutely drunk patrons of Aircoach is questionable adventure. What stops driver to refuse admission to someone who is clearly in intoxicated state?
