My son was late for coach and was advised by driver that next coach should not be full and get on that one. I also rang customer service who agreed with this. He just about made second coach at either 2pm or 2.01 driver let him on. Then shouted at us when we were seated at the back of coach so the whole coach could here you are 1 hour 10 mins late which was completely untrue as it was only 2 minutes after 2. Poor customer service should be trying to help people not criticise. Leaving 2 minutes late is hardly an issue! This is the 2pm Cork to Dublin Airport service 22nd September 2022.

No phone charging point. More expensive than Translink. Took 2nd exit at Sprucefield, got caught up in traffic and was late arriving. No urgency when arriving to get to Terminal 1. Overall - not impressed.

Aircoach was late, several people left our stop & got taxis because of this, we stayed because we’d prepaid but it led to us getting to the airport much later than planned

"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." On both Chrome and Firefox browsers, MS-Windows 10, when trying to change a booking for which the flex fee of 1 Euro had been paid.

Has become unreliable for arriving at stops at correct time! The dun Laighaire trip is now limited to every two hours !! I have been a strong supporter for years but the service has been poor since COVID ! Also watch your suitcase , as people can take the wrong case when arriving at airport !!

Have used Aircoach multiple times for the Belfast-Dublin journey and back and the system they have for luggage begs belief. It is just a free for all of everybody climbing under the coach to throw their bags in and then at the destination, another more dangerous free for all with passengers having to climb into the hold and over each others bags to find theirs, with bags left strewn on the street. All of this happens with the driver either watching along or ignoring entirely, even if there are passengers with mobility issues having to go into the hold themselves. I've seen this happen multiple times, it is isolated to a particular driver or time of day.

Struggling with the website to find a service from Dublin city to the Dublin airport. Most everything I see is from the airport. Also, since I think in pictures not in words, it would be nice to see a city map with the stops located on it. Dublin express has a decent one but what it is missing is a hover options so one knows what the stop is called when one hovers over it. My 2 cents.

Please make your website, tickets and route map more user friendly. It's incredible hard to find pick up points and drop offs. This is the most important element of your service and is buried a number of click through deep into your website. Even then, your route map for 700 is broken as the image links are broken along the route. So you don't know what drop off point it is.

I booked a single ticket online from Belfast to Dublin and they have raised the price from €10 to €16 which i think is unreasonable. Then when the bus arrived at terminal 1 of Dublin airport they told us we had to get off and get onto another bus. When i asked politely why the driver abruptly told me thats the way they do things. Very poor and to top matters off the charger/plugs on the original bus worked but when we were put on the other aircoach none of the plugs worked leaving me in difficulty with a phone that battery would die in dublin. Avoid and go with a different company if i were you.

You can rely on the bus not to come at the scheduled time which is understandable given the traffic but you can also rely on the drivers to give tourists the worst possible introduction to Ireland. They seem to be hired specifically for their grumpiness and just shout at the passengers. A love of heavy metal music played at top volume so we can’t hear through our own headphones is another prerequisite . Deafening. Which there was real competition on this route.

Please don't book this service if you want any help with your luggage. Women and older people were expected to load their own bags and also to climb in the hold to retrieve them on arrival, all whilst the driver looked on.
