EVEN THOUGH WE HAD RESERVED, BOOKED,AND PAID FOR TWO SEATS ON AN AIRCOACH FROM BELFAST TO DUBLIN, WE WERE TOLD AT THE GLENGALL STATION THAT THERE WERE ONLY 11 SEATS AVAILABLE. THAT SCARED US AS WE HAD AN AIR LINGUS FLIGHT'S REQUIRED COVID TEST WE NEEDED TO BE AT THAT AFTERNOON IN DUBLIN BEFORE A FLIGHT THE NEXT DAY BACK TO THE US. FORTUNATELY, WE CONVINCED THE DRIVER WE WERE WORTHY OF BEING TWO OF THE 11. THIS MAKES US DOUBT THE LEGITIMACY OF AIRCOACH'S BOOKING PROCESS. Also, booking only on-line is terrible for those who are not computer literate. Also, I had to call your booking office because you wouldn't accept my credit card.... although every restaurant and hotel had during our visit in both N.I. and the Republic. Only because your agent was an understanding person, did we get to book the tickets and seats.

The driver needs to slow down and not ride his breaks for the whole ride. A very jerky ride.

I get the aircoach every week, the drivers are usually always nutcases that can get angry at any little thing

the seats were too crowded (too close together to be comfortable) bus drivers should get out at stops to make sure that bags aren't left out when people unload from under the coach

Honestly. Got the 11pm bus Cork to Dublin. It was packed as so few buses on late. Absolutely roasting. Had to ask bus driver to put on air conditioning. I didn't know if there was a radiator on in bus or was my seat over engine but the metal panelling next to my seat was boiling. Burned my ankle against it. Bus driver never announced we were on bachelors key so I had to ask him to let me out after he'd come back on his once I'd gathered my bags. Driver made no reply just heavy sighing. Loads of people drinking cans on bus, most people going out from airport If you can avoid aircoach, please do. Not a pleasant experience 2 stars are for driver getting us there. I imagine being a driver on that bus is no fun and he definitely seemed stresed/unhappy

I needed to get from Belfast to Dublin for an early flight. The only availability was 3:30am which was too early of 7:30am which was too late. the journey itself was fine, but availability is insufficient. Also your survey is about cargo not passengers -- I was a passenger???

Bus was nearly an hour late making a tense journey through Dublin airport even worse. This was at 3am so there wasn’t any traffic even to blame.

I booked a ticket from Drumcondra station to airport for 7.05. It was not until 7.30 that the bus appeared, at the moment I was already considering taking a taxi. No offer to storage my luggage in the compartment, driver just said "come in", no apology or reason for the delay. In retrospect, taking a line bus instead of waiting for 25 min. would be faster. Do not take, unless it's the beginning station (airport or city)

Extremely rude driver. Almost didn’t stop at the stop, talking aggressively and doesn’t even care to see your ticket

I went to Belfast twice with Aircoach and on both trips, we had to transfer from a good, comfortable and modern bus to another without Internet, phone charger, and seat belts broke! I paid for good service but I couldn't keep working during my journey. I would not expect to have Internet and phone charging if this information were available on the website, however, I paid for it and wasn't available. Paying for something and getting another thing with less quality is not fair.

We were worried about missing our bus due to possible inbound flight delay, so rather than book online we waited until arriving Dublin to buy our return ticket to Belfast. We were not told that the tickets we bought would only be valid after all passengers with online bookings were aboard. We did manage to board on the last 2 seats. On the return journey we found that all busses were already fully booked and had to make last minute travel plans back to Dublin Airport. We were never warned that the tickets we bought at the airport were potentially useless. Very disappointing.
