There used to be a great service called the Patton Flyer, which from Killiney and Dalkey, through Dún Laoghaire and Blackrock, picked up people along Sandymount Strand and then over the East Link Bridge, into the Port Tunnel and straight to the Airport. Aircoach put this service out of business by bidding for the route. That was fine until Aircoach started changing the service, making the buses go into Ballsbridge, over Mackin Street Bridge, basically into a load of traffic. Now, Aircoach have reduced the service, so that, even with two routes, there is often only one bus every 09 minutes. It's disgraceful that they can get away with this. No one seems to care. Monopolies should be regulated.

Rude and curt driver, no need for his smart comment. The 703 to Dalkey was late arriving. He refused to give me his name. Departure T2@ 03:52. Also can you please review the timetable for 700?? I’m sure it’s going through the night and I saw one arrive into Dublin airport but on website it’s showing a gap in service. Thanks

First time using the pre-booking system on the website (usually I buy at the airport) - booking and paying went through no problem however I have yet to receive my email. Checked email address which is correct but no email have requested it to be re-sent but nothing. Had to download the ticket and save elsewhere which is a bit of a faff. Aircoach - must do better.

Belfast to Dublin bus had no toilet. Dublin Airport to Cork many people were coughing and had no mask. Suggest that driver hand mask to each passenger and insist that it be worn.

Sadly the service has disimproved from the initial greeting of ticket sellers to drivers. The previous friendly service and welcome into Dublin was warm and friendly and a comfort after a long day of travel. The coach wifi blocks all other services and does not allow for connection even though the wifi is signaling that it is logged. The information panel which announced the bus stop was not working on any of the last 5 coaches have taken and the nonnative speakers are shouting out the stop to the travelers. It is not easy to understand even as someone familiar with the stops. I will try the competing service next time to see if it is better.

The coach is fine but only comes every 3 hours which is very inconvenient. Needs to be a-lot more regulars. Ive also used the coach every month and never get any codes or discounts for customer loyalty which is a shame because once my partner can drop me to the airport i will be less likely to get the coach.

The buses are good and they are almost always according to schedule. The constant problem is the drivers and the customer service. The drivers are rude and they seem annoyed all the time. Tourists need to ask questions. Also I have contacted the customer service by email but they never reply.

The service is usually very reliable/ confortable/friendly drivers but their customer service lets them down. They will try every trick in the book not to refund you a prepaid fare even though you are entitled to one( eg. if for some reason their first am morning coach was more than 15 minutes late and you had to take a taxi to the airport. I think it is safer with them to pay the fare to the driver than to book a sit in advance. In this way there is no need to contact their customer service department.

Love the aircoach when they used the port tunnel and it was an efficient route Now it goes into ballsbridge and the dock lands and so you’d spend half a day stopping - it’s as bad as being on the 46A for two hours. Dun laoghaire or blackrock to the airport is such a long route now that you’d never do it unless you’re really stuck. They shouldn’t all go into D4 / dock lands etc so that more of us use the thing.

Aircoach services used to be a lot better, they have fewer busses now which lead to packed busses and little chances of getting a ticket even when trying to pre book online and the prices have gone way up.. Needs to go back to the way it was. Then it would be 5 stars

I had booked a flexi ticket. Tried to rebook the trip back to the airport, but it did not work on the website. So I thought I 'd just explain to the driver, but there wasn't even a bus at the later time that was shown on the timetable. Really annoying! So I went to the airport with the city bus which is extremely inconvenient, since the bus stops literally on every corner. Also I had to change the bus. If someone does not know their way around they could have missed the flight.

The coach and driver are worth a five star the journey was excellent. The 2 star is for the office I had a voucher due to you cancelling a trip I had booked during covid. I asked for a coach after 5.30 pm as that was the time my plane landed but you sent me a ticket for the 5.30pm coach then refused to change it. I couldn't get a reply on the phone and you didn't answer my emails

You need to give flexibility for people who have not booked on line or whose flight has been delayed and so cannot travel on allocated coaches. Booking staff at Dublin airport very helpful as were the coach drivers
