NO TOILET!!! I can't believe that is even legal, it's a basic necessity, and some people have frequency issues - I was writhing in pain for a good hour and half trying to hold it. Wi-fi was weak too, "connected without internet connection" for some of the way - so didn't even have anything to distract me from bladder feeling like it's going to burst 🙈 And no USB ports. Just a basic nonstop bus.

Just got the 7.40pm aircoach from Dublin airport to Ballsbridge. I asked the driver to shout out when he got to my stop. I was sitting at the back of the bus (it was quite full) and could barely hear him. When I did get off I mentioned that he needed to shout louder as he couldn’t be heard down the back, he just glared at me and didn’t say a word. Lucky for me I know my way around Dublin a bit. Pity the poor tourists hoping to get off at the right stop.

Waiting over ten minutes for a bus that supposed to take to straight to the airport is ridiculous considering the airport is the last place you want to be late for

I took the bus between dublin and galway.. I knew the best travel company.. The wifi didn't work, the driver hadn't put the shoes on the bus.. The 3 hours weren't a real pleasure.. I think other companies offer a better service

I took the aircoach going to and back from Dublin to Belfast. Going to Belfast was fine, the bus was full but that can't be helped. Returning was where things went wrong. The bus was 25 minutes late, took around 25 minutes for everyone to get off, offload luggage, onload luggage and get on so we were already nearly 50 minutes behind schedule. About an hour in the journey a passenger began to feel sick so the bus pulled over on the motorway for another 20 minutes. People were upset and this route goes through Dublin Airport and a woman expressed that she had a flight at 4pm (this was about 2:40). I also had a train at 4pm from Heuston which I ended up missing.

Mask policy was not enforced on either leg although it was still a legal requirement in the Republic. The coaches were packed. On the way back, my seat was so broken that my 'view' was of the luggage rack. I had to sit upright under my own auspices or travel back to Dublin horizontally.

The driver was quite rude and was trying to leave the stop before the scheduled departure time, meaning some passangers were barely able to board. Very dangerous driving as well, nearly crashed into a car when changing lanes without checking mirrors. A lot of swerving into nearby lanes. Made for a very scary journey.

Booked ahead for a flexi ticket with my kids but we all had to sit separately. After a tiring long journey, not being able to pass easily food, drink and help and comfort, while all the so single travellers stubborn sit in their double seat and the bus driver not helping at all, to maybe move one person to allow at least the little one to sit with me.

I gave 2 stars because on my way back from Dublin to cork - I booked the bus at 7pm. 1) The ticket says Ashton Quay but busstop number is not mentioned. We were waiting at the old bus stop which is 3 stops away from the new one. 2) The 7pm bus never arrived, yes even though we were waiting at the old bus stop we never saw 7pm bus going past by us. We had to wait an hour extra - go to your website to see the updated bus stop and go to there to board the bus. It was such an inconvenience and loss of time.

Always used Aircoach prior to the pandemic on the Greystones/Airport/Greystones route. Went to book this week and very dissappointed at limited schedule now. Only every 2 hours and last return at 8pm. Our outbound flight was 2.30pm so only the 10am bus would have git us there in time 3 hours at the airport, no thanks. Return flight in at 11.30pm - no service. Wanted to book for a family member for Tues, same problem. Back to driving/ parking at the airport for us. When are there plans to return to a full schedule to entice customers back?

Coach was over 30 minutes late getting into Athlone (21.1.2022). The taxi I had ordered for 6.10 was gone.

Leaving Dublin City centre I went to a stop which I was told by the driver was only a boarding stop (although I understand he was only following the rules surely it would make sense to let us board as we had a return ticket and the coach was empty). So we got to the stop which picked up the passengers, the 700 didn’t stop! We was there 5 mins before scheduled time. Had to get an Uber to be on time as they only run every half hour. On a better note the driver from the airport to the city centre was pleasant, hence the two stars

The trip down to Cork was fine, spaces are quite tight but manageable. On the way back from Cork to Dublin the toilet smelt horrendous. I understand the bus company can't control how people use the bathroom but they should somehow be cleaned in between trips. Everytime someone opened the door we could smell the stench for about 10 to 15 minutes afterwards.

Seats very hard and uncomfortable. Bus was late didn't arrive until 12.50 am at Dublin Airport. Air conditioning was on practically the whole way down which was ridiculous with the current weather and very uncomfortable. Also I got date wrong on ticket but had to purchase a new ticket and no refund which in my opinion is just plain greedy. Poor service. Bus drivers are very nice though
