“When I purchased my ticket from Dublin Airport, the attendant told me there were no tickets available for the rest of the day. I then checked the website and I was able to purchase my ticket. I do not know why she did not want to sell me a ticket, and why she lied because there were many spots available. That was very inappropriate.”

“Aircoach should have 0 tolerance policy on drunk passengers. Having to sit for 3 hours on 1 am bus with absolutely drunk patrons of Aircoach is questionable adventure. What stops driver to refuse admission to someone who is clearly in intoxicated state?”

“Instead of one i book 2 tickets from cork to Dublin by accident .it was an emergency .i requested for refund but Aircoch didn't refund me back 30 euro.”

“Chaotic process, unaccommodating service, and unclear procedures. Workers doing their best, but the systems are shockingly poor, the wait times are totally unacceptable, and it is all compounded by the horrendous infrastructure at Dublin airport (at this point it is clearly one of the worst airports in the world). I suppose that last part is out of Aircoach's hands, but it is still relevant as the customer experience suffers greatly for it.”

“Driver played radio loudly most of trip from Dublin airport to Belfast. Company appears to have no professional policy on quiet cabin. No assistance with luggage.”

“Your 7am bus from cork to Dublin was 39 minutes late and your customer support doesn't wake up until 8 30 or something. If you were operating in America I garantee you would be in line for a lawsuit. I used Aircoach in the past and I will continue to use it in the future. But in these situations you need to contact passengers and tell them what's going on”

“Bus on time, very clean. Air conditioning is an ongoing problem : I travelled all the way keeping my backpack on the legs to protect from the cold air. Aircoach Needs to work on this and find a temperature that is not making passengers sick.”

“Plus, buses are often too warm or too cold and NO USB charger. Flexi ticket policy should be reviewed. Flexi ticket is not flexible at all. If you buy two or more tickets under one reservation, you cannot change the booking details of the tickets individually. So if one person on your reservation has to take a later/earlier bus for some reason, you cannot change the reservation for them. Which means you have to buy a new ticket. Other companies offer way more flexible tickets at NO cost. Hence Aircoach is always my last option.”
