Impossible to book a ticket upon arrival in Dublin airport from an international flight as I didn’t have access to secure internet on my phone. No point of contact with any staff. Air coach make a lot assumptions about their customers. If you’re not fully connected to the internet, forget it.

Due to a major football match in Croke Park it took over 1 hr to reach Dublin Airport. I appreciate that this was a Garda issue and not Aircoach. However when the bus, which was almost at capacity reached the Sirport we had to change to another bus that had 15-20 passengers on board! This bus was not clean and had a rather distinct smell of urine coming from the floor. Overall a poor experience.

on the 14th August I travelled from Dublin to Cork on Aircoach. The booking process was easy and efficient, the coach arrived on time. The journey was smooth and we arrived in Cork on schedule. Why then am I only giving two stars?? Unfortunately, I had to wear a mask lined with a wet wipe to counteract an appalling smell from near the rear of the coach which I and other passengers thought to be from the toilet. Near Cork we finally braved using the facility which although not spotless was clearly not the issue. I should have complained to the driver when alighting but actually just wanted to escape. I wonder if other customers have actually complained or like me never wanted to see another coach again.

Got the air coach from Morehampton Road to the airport. We each had 2 bags which the driver said would be fine inside. I questioned this but he dismissed it with a wave. Anyway, the bus got extremely busy and we both ended up with the bags at our feet/on our lap from O’Connell St. It was a miserable journey and not cheap.

Not great. No place to put my drink. Don’t think the seat belt has ever been used as it was so stiff

The coach was late and the driver was very unpleasant. There were not enough seats on the coach and many travellers had been left at the bus stop. One should inform that it is preferable to reserve the seats online. It would be nice to be helped with luggage

On arriving back in Dublin after a long flight from Sydney on the 24th of August I was waiting for the 16.20 coach to Cork which I was booked on. when I arrived at the coach rank I enquired at the eircoach booth where should I wait. A man told me to go to the top end of the rank which I did and saw on the shelter that this was the stop I needed. I had a two- hour wait so while I was reading I checked every bus that stopped in front of me. After a very long and still no bus I checked the time on my phone. It was 17.10! I spoke to the same man asking where the bus was and he informed it had come and gone. I got extremely upset and said that it had not come up to the stop. He asked me if I was calling him a liar which made me worse. He said it had come in nearer to the start of the rank and that he had called out Cork Bus. This is why I hadn't seen it and he was too far away for me to hear. My complaint is that the bus should have pulled up at the Cork stop or that he should have walked to the top of the rank to make sure there were no more passengers waiting. Neither happened. I hope it never happens again to another passenger. I did not get his name, I was so upset and tired but I did not like the way he treated me, and acted as if I was to blame. I finally got on the 17.20 bus because people hadn't shown up. Regards Catherine Lordan

Fully booked services to Cork. Not much leg room. I prefer to take the train even when travelling between Dublin Airport and Cork.

Driver got lost- 6/9/2022. He missed the turn for Cork off the motorway, and the detour added 40 mins to our late night journey. A passenger had to alert him to his mistake , ha hadn’t realized . No explanation on intercom why we were turning back nearly as far as Portlaoise to resume journey . many confused tourists). The response from Aircoach to my email was a refusal of any refund . Won’t be traveling with you again .

There is no excuse for Aircoach services still not running every hour between Belfast and Dublin Airport, especially during the summer when travel had clearly picked up. Aircoach is significantly more expensive than Translink. Although the coaches are always clean, the journey to either Belfast or Dublin is always made uncomfortable by the airconditioning being up too high.

- As a near weekly user of the service, it is borderline acceptable. - Some buses are too old, very tatty and should be taken out of service. - There is great inconsistency in the standard of drivers. Some have excellent driving and customer service skills, others have next to none. I have, fairly regularly I am sorry to say, witnessed extreme rudeness from Aircoach drivers to some customers particularly those for whom English is not their first language and to infrequent/elderly travellers. - The app needs to be completely overhauled. It is not user friendly and less than transparent about storing customers personal/banking details.

The driver was rude to the customers and would not leave people have one carry on. He mistreated elders and made a scene that an older gentleman threaten him because he politely requested to get his laptop bag on board the bus. He told another lady to get off because she gave him 50 euros and didn't have a euro to give to make him give her change fro a 50euro bill. The driver made a scene to call his supervisor because he felt threatened by an 80 year old . Everyone was mad afterwards because they risked loosing their flights. I hope you have all that on camera. O took aircoach to go to the airport
