“Fake products. Please don't waste your money. I ORDER A NIKE basketball shoe .. which is a copy of the original shoe. Not comfortable at all .. you can make out it is fake after wearing them once. No option to write review in their app because they are selling fake products ..”

“Totally worst app. I had returned a pair of crocs two minths ago they are not refunding my money Never ever shop at this site illiterate customer care No one hear ur problem. I sent too many mails even connected via telephone . They alwa Say will revert in 24 hours but never reverts back”

“Horrible website. I won't even rate 1 for the customer service. They take away the money, don't place the order, removes discoubt coupon and then say it's a technical glitch. If you have all the time in the world to waste on this website and get nothing in the end and even block your money for 7-9 business days, be their guest!!!”

“I have returned my product bt still not got my refund in ajio wallet bt in detail they have mentioned that doorstep refund in ajio wallet. I tried so many times talk to CC number bt they r busy sent emails so many times bt didn't get a single reply its more than 2 days bt didn't get my refund”

“Have cancelled the product and haven't received the Refund yet... Raised my complaint four times. BAD SERVICE. And chat support agents kept on postponing giving the reasons. They have told again 30th August it will be solved. Again have to wait.. and this is happening for the fourth time. Order ID is FL0282929146. And it is reflecting Resolved in the App but haven't received the refund yet. Very Bad Service”

“How we can give negative feed back to ajio. Com.. There should be negative star also.. I don't want to give a single star to this site. They are cheaters. They send wrong product again and again.. We can get our refund only in ajio wallet not in bank account. There is only one way to utilize this money.. You should purchase from this site. We don't have any option. Overall Money waste. Worst customer service.”

“Dreadful Awful service. They will lure you with promos and take prepaid orders, but you will never get the order delivered. After weeks of waiting and follow-ups with their customer care (Nightmare), you will learn that your order is back in their yard, They might claim that they attempted delivery and the delivery address didn't exist. Now you start begging them for refund. If you are making any order for any special occasion, be rest assured, you will be screwed. If you are up for a brain drain experience, go-ahead and make an order with AJio.”

“Dear Team, As AJIO is very reputated company, but I am very disappointed by your pick up person. I returned a product which I ordered on 4th August Order ID - FL0290099744 and today he picked up and calling me around 9 PM and told me that I have sent different product then which I ordered and he told me that he is cancelling the return. But I sent the same product so tell me where am I at fault. Did I do something wrong by doing shopping from AJIO a very reputated platform. If this is the process I will never suggest anyone to shop from AJIO. Kindly do the needful to your customer. I hope company will take care of their customers. And the worst part is I am not even getting the product which I ordered. I believe I should get my product or the money I spent on the product. Thanks Gurjeet Kaur 8284816391”

“I ordered a set of two croptops. Instead, I got a trackpants and Tshirt. I emailed Ajio w all details and photos. No reply even after 24 hrs. Complaining in app and phone is almost impossible as there is no option for my complaint (different product sent). No reply to Twitter complaint.”

“This is the worst service, I have ordered two products one month back they haven't delivered the product but in app it is showing delivered . I have reached customer care by raising the complain by still they haven't resolved the issue and now they are not even responding, they are not canceling the product and they are not giving the money back, I have tried to reach customer care many times but no response. This is the worst service ever Don't order anything from here they are not even refunding our amount, please be very carefull with ajio. Com as many are facing this issue.”

“Fake company. Their customer care is a fraud the called and asked for my UPI I’d suddenly 40k was deducted from my account. Moreover the clothes I ordered out of 20 only 9 were delivered. Don’t order anything from them they are big time fraud”
