“I was amazed at the options that this company offers. I got the item much faster than anticipated, and it is amazing! I ordered one for my rectangular fire pit table with the grommets in the bottom, measured it exact as they tell you to, and it fits perfect. It's so well fitting and heavy duty that I have not yet needed to run any kind of string or bungee through the grommets to tie it down. It just stays in place.”

“These are such nice covers. Zippered, heavy duty, air vents great quality. So easy to order online. Just measure, pick the color, add options and your done. We were so happy with the first cover we got that when we had to order another one, ALCO was our choice. Received within 2 weeks, great service.”

“Moved a buffet cabinet outside and needed to protect it until it is used. Sent the measurements and the cover came back relatively quick and fit perfectly. Thick quality with pull strings. Very well made. Will be having more done by them for sure”

“I ordered the 18oz HD vinyl material for our custom made grill cover. The measuring guide on the website was very useful and gave me confidence that the cover I ordered was going to fit. I ordered a cover for our fire tower a year ago, also the 18oz HD weight, and it went through a cold, snowy winter just fine. Both covers look and fit great and I expect them to last for several years. I recommend ALCO covers; they are far superior to the flimsy covers offered at the big box stores!”

“I'm picky. I expect excellence in product as well as customer service. I do my research. No one is paying me or coercing me into this review. Alco Custom Covers delivered an excellent cover for our upright freezer that we keep outside. We received a heavy duty, high quality & perfect fit cover that arrived exactly as ordered. Even called customer service after a few weeks to see if we could change the shipping address or were we too late. It arrived at our new residence no problem. The only issue is we are idiots. Didn't think ahead that our freezer opens left to right so why didn't we ask them to put the zipper on the left side with another along the top & bottom so we could open the door? We just ordered the basic zipper down the middle. Also, should've left a cutout in the back & along the front bottom for ventilation. Ended up using binder clips to allow air flow these. We really didn't think through this before ordering. Absolutely no fault of Alco Custom Covers. They couldn't know. Just want others to think ahead of these things before placing order. Who knows, maybe someday we will reorder after COVID is gone & our business recovers.”

“Alco professionals guided me through the process of ordering a custom cover for my outdoor grill, counter top and refrigerator. They provided a visual guide so my measurements were accurate. They even caught an error in my measurements that would have resulted in a mis-sized cover and a waste of my money. I would recommend them to friends and family.”

“The cover is a super high quality and fits like a glove! It was for a backyard patio sectional that did not come with one. I bought two generic ones from other companies that did not work at all. This one was fantastic. The team at alcocovers.com was amazing. I sent them pictures and they sent me a super simple measuring chart superimposed on the pictures I sent. I measured, they made it, and I had it in about two weeks. So, it is an exact custom fit for my sectional. Every single person I interacted with was super helpful, kind, and responsive. I am trying to think of other things to cover in my yard now because I love it so much!”
