“I had new patio furniture with a unique layout. I was impressed with the reviews and the wide array of customization options for the Alco covers. Unfortunately although great quality, the covers received did not meet the dimensions ordered. I contacted customer service and they helped to resolve the issue and eventually get new covers to the correct dimensions ordered. The new covers were fabricated and shipped with no additional charge and work great. I have nothing but praise for the product and thank you to Jed for the customer service!”

“I ordered a customized grill cover for My kamado Joe grill that I built into a table and I was worried about leaving it out in the weather and how I was gonna protect it from the elements...Lets just say ALCO showed out on this one..No doubt I will use them for other applications in the future...great team of people to work with and this cover absolutely fit like a Glove...Highly recommended.”

“The cover fits like a glove for my porch swing! Quality seems much better than other covers I have ordered in the past. I ordered the velcro which facilitates putting it on and off. Be sure to measure according to diagram shown. I didn't but luckily I did send a photo and sales person asked for confirmation which saved me from making a mistake. I would recommend this cover.”

“The ordering process was very detailed as we wanted a tailored cover for our pizza oven. Monica was great to work with. She was very responsive as we went back and forth during the design process. I received prompt replies to my various design requests. The designer’s mock up sketch design was perfect. Customer service was exceptional. We just received the cover very shortly after the older was made. It is extremely well made and fits our large pizza oven perfectly. The price of the cover was exceptionally good considering the tailored design and quality. We have recommended Alco to others. I will certainly order from them in the future. I highly recommend Alco Custom Covers.”

“I just put my new ALCO cover on my smoker and I could not be happier with my purchase. “Very impressed with the quality of the cover I ordered. I love that these guys are very thorough with measurements, definitely appreciate it! “These folks are fabulous. I originally ordered a "generic" grill cover for our huge outdoor kitchen (131" long) which has several features. They unexpectedly came back to us and asked for photos and additional dimensions. We communicated back and forth for a bit to come up with a custom cover that fits perfectly. I never imagined they would do this much customization. They even made a custom portion for the sink faucet. Thanks, Alco! We were going to post a photo but the link was missing for the upload. I hope to be able to add a photo soon.”

“Alco company is impeccable. I was able to talk to customer representatives immediately. I ordered a custom water softener cover. The design crew emailed me a rendering. The production was started as soon as the cover measurements were perfect. I received the cover yesterday It is PERFECT. Thank You Alco covers !”

“I ordered two custom covers - one for a metal, round, wood-burning fire pit and the other for a rectangular gas fire pit. Both covers fit well and protect from the harsh Minnesota winter elements. They are thick, durable, mold-resistant and easy to use. 100% better than the covers that came with both fire pits that didn't even make it through one winter.”

“I was very impressed by the reviews of this company so decided to order a custom cover for our outdoor pizza oven. I emailed customer service and they responded promptly and assisted me in choosing a template. The cover arrived very quickly and the material was good quality and well constructed. Unfortunately, the shape was not quite right. I reached out to customer service and they immediately connected me with a quality control representative who assisted me in adjusting the design to fit our oven. The new unit was sewn and shipped with no additional charge and works great. I have nothing but praise for the product and team. Thank you, Jed!”

“My water softener cover fits like a glove. I ordered the heavier material and am glad I did. Also the workmanship is top notch. Well worth the money. I measured twice to make sure I had the correct measurements.”
