“Thought I would find a reputable company that specializes in custom skylight covers. When ordering I followed the suggestions on their website. Ordered the very best. Product arrived(never any shipping info)and it was not as advertised so I contacted customer service. They said they would call me back. No call back. Called the next day and spoke with Jed. Jed said their website did not show fastener in each corner of the cover. I asked if he needed me to send him a screenshot or would he like to go on Alcos website while we were on the phone. He went to the page and said "Oh, thats a mistake, I will have to have IT change that". He said that is not the best fastening system for a skylight anyways. I said lets look again at your website and lo and behold, the fastening system I chose say "Best for wind". His response was I will have to notify IT and have that changed. So I asked if they would refund my money or remake the cover. He said he or the production manager would get back to me. After a week of no call or email i sent another email. Jed emailed me back and offered a 20% refund if I keep the cover. I replied that I would either like a full refund or the cover remade properly. No response. It has been a month now and my skylight cover is held on with a ratchet strap. If you are looking for quality work or decent customer service, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALCO. All of this over a $70 skylight cover.”

“I needed a cover for a custom outdoor kitchen. After submitting a picture and the measurements requested I received the cover that was heavy duty and fit perfectly. Slight delay on receiving the cover, not a problem.”

“I ordered a custom made cover for our umbrella base that would allow you to take on and off without removing the umbrella. The process was very easy, and even though it was not a very large order they very responsive and helpful. I got the new cover within a week and it fits and looks great. Price was reasonable and the cover has a five year warranty.”

“I ordered a cover for my new gun safe. It appears to be very well made and fits perfectly. There was maybe a week delay on receiving the cover, but that was no big deal. It is a great product and customer service was great too!”

“I made a deck box that wasn’t a traditional size so I ordered a custom cover from Alco and was suspicious at first because it was the first google link I clicked. But this cover is top of the line. Quality is great. It came to the perfect dimensions and color was exactly what I chose. A really good hand made custom product at a decent price too. And didn’t take forever to be delivered. Really happy”

“Placed an order on Alco covers, dimensions, color,and any extras I wanted. Showed up a few weeks later. Package was decent, was surprised to see the fire pit cover was in a storage bag. Looks like quality material, and fit perfectly. Have been using the cover for almost a year, still looks great Overall good experience, will definitely order again.”

“I had a fire pit cover for years and it needed replaced. I searched the internet for a similar cover and found this company. This company was very affordable. The customer service was wonderful when I contacted them about my delivery date. The cover fits my fire pit perfectly. It covers it completely and looks great also.”

“We recently reached out for a quote for a custom cover for a fire pit (irregular shape with raised metal wood logs in the center). Alcocovers was so quick to respond and with such a reasonable quote we jumped right on it. Then we got both a follow up email and telephone call from Jed as he was creating our cover to ensure that the measurements were correct and the finished produce would be a proper fit. Received the cover last week and needless to say it is perfect and fits like a glove. We could not be happier with the service we received from Alcocovers and in particular Jed!”

“Just received my custom cover. Doesn’t fit. If I move it anymore it will rip. Provided specific notes one the pit as well as a picture. Very frustrating to wait weeks ( which was noted so no issues there) then to deal with DHL which can’t ever seem to deliver anything on time. Will wait to see how issue is resolved for $140 cover.”

“Very happy with quality and fit. My only complaint would be that shipping is done through DHL and they don’t deliver to all areas. When the area isn’t covered by DHL it gets punted to USPS, who won’t deliver to my work address. Even after the shipping debacle the quality was impressive enough that I ordered another for my other toolbox.”
