Absolute farce, home delivery items just don’t arrive!, go missing never to be seen!, other customers order received instead, everything, everything is late if it not missing, and worse the recent large item took nearly a month to arrive dspite it sitting at an XDP depot for 3 weeks, aldi did NOTHING to find out why it wasn’t on its way and I called every day for 3 weeks, got cut off, lied to, promised 8 times it was on a van, never got here. The item, a gazebo, arrived nearly a month late, dumped on my doorstep, box burst, canvas filthy and stained and ripped, and a broken leg! I didn’t even get to see it up, went straight back in burst box and am now waiting on a replacement which will no doubt either never arrive, will go ‘missing’ or will arrive broken. The customer service at Aldi is a disgrace, they have obviously outsourced to India as all calls now go through to people with terrible attitudes, cut you off and who have appalling English. Couriers are a joke, aldi are using substandard 3rd parties but do nothing about bad service. Very let down.

Don't get produce as whoever shops for you doesn't know how to pick it out I got strawberries and have of them were moldy and she packed a melon on top of a plastic container of blueberries so they were smashed and all over the bottom of the bag I can understand the melon being hard I left it out to ripen and it never did This was my second experience had no problem with the first order I had delivered

Fantastic shop. Dump the M&S brands which cost an arm & a leg and shop at Aldi as the quality of food and all the random stuff it sells is excellent. I’ve had tools, cycling equipment, toys for my son- brilliant!

Let's face it . Also have had their day. They are history. Nothing more than a toyshop and baby clothing shop. They LIE CONSTANTLY about stuff coming to store. Their brochurea are only fit for riloilet paper these days. GIVE IT UP ALDI. LEAVE IT TO PROFESSIONALS LIKE LIDL.

Blackpool Aldi Marton. It has been noted over the last few weeks that count as one and two do not offer you a bag to purchase no matter how much shopping you've got they keep on behind the Checkout and only offer you a 25p bag instead of a green bag that cost 5 p beware of this it is a tactical ploy to get more money out of you the Robing lot

Never, never order goods online as you never get what you've ordered. Scam! How on earth Aldi are getting away with so many unhappy, out of pocket customers I don't know but Trading Standards in this country need to be notified!

Bought a cordless nail gun that has a 3 year warranty, it broke within the 3 years so when I phoned aldi I was told it had to be sent back to be fixed or replaced. On 14th June it was collected by dpd and returned. On 22nd June I was told it can't be fixed and can't be replaced as aldi can't get 1 so I have to have a refund. Two weeks later still no refund so phoned again to be told it can take upto 30 days and what a surprise 30 days later and still no refund just an email to say they need more proof of price. This is just absolutely disgusting to think it takes so long to get money back that they owe you but it didn't take them 30 days to take the money from my bank when I was buying from them.

Went into the Aldi at Idle Bradford the other day and was disgusted with the filthy blue hand baskets in the entrance. Everyone of them was filthy I refused to pick one up I mentioned it to one of the staff on the alcohol section and re-itterated please tell the manager as it is unacceptable from a hygiene point of view Let's see what they do about it?

Sold me faulty electrical goods, then had a bad attitude from the manager when I returned it even though a store worker had opened many other boxes of the electrical item and confirmed they all had the same fault, then complained and not had any response or explanation in months apart from generic ones from the customer service team in south Africa which hasn't helped at all, went from spending over £400 a month in Aldi to spending nothing since this happened as they have shown they do not care about selling faulty items or about customer complaints

I shopped at Aldi when I lived In Germany and England and was very happy when stores opened in Greenville, SC. I shop at the store located on Worley Rd. and the store is exceptional clean compared to some of the other locations and the staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. However, I have noticed that this location is not as well stocked as other locations and I've known people who have stopped trading at this location because of this. I would like for corporate management to strongly consider keeping this location as well stocked as the other stores. I find that now I have to also shop at other stores (not Aldi) to be able to fulfill my shopping list and at times I just bypass Aldi and do all the shopping elsewhere. I enjoy shopping at Aldi and don't want to give that up. Please evaluate the supply and demand of this store and keep it better stocked. Thanks in advance for doing this.

Your business is literally full of racist. I literally went in yesterday and was told to apply because they need people. Was told by some employees not to put I was Hispanic ir I wouldn’t get the job and look at that. Your company is disgusting and I’m glad I wasn’t chosen. You’re a horrible business to work for.

I am horrified at the customer service. I have not received my parcel and I am chasing it up constantly. I am frustrated at how the aldi customer service do not have access to the courier and it takes them up to 72 hours to get a response! I have never heard of something like that. I have had inconveniences for weeks now! And not much can be done, I am not able to collect from store or depot! They leave you with no choice it is horrible! I really wanted the chair for a gathering I will be hosting and I am not able to now. You are also unable to speak to a manager and on top of all that they do not even give a partial refund for all the inconvenience, just the delivery is free, but it’s over 80 pounds the item so that shipping should be free anyway. I am horrified at the delivery service and never again will I be shopping at aldi for furniture or delivery service. Cheap for a reason!
