“I purchased two packets of minced beef from Aldi Tarleton and on opening then found the meat was off! I messaged customer service who replied two days later saying there must have been a problem within the chill chain.

“I was an Aldi s customer and because of my disability I would have my food delivered to my home. Their drop off people are rude and do not even make eye contact with the customer. On more than one occasion they left my food outside, they never even knocked and many times there was meat in the bags. This last delivery was my last, It is to bad because the prices are very good. This is not my first time writing about this problem. No one has ever gotten in touch with me so I guess they do not need my buissness,”

Looked forward to trying this low calready meal. On the positive side, plenty of chicken and spinach and a decent portion size. The downside unfortunately was lack of taste and was very watery. If the curry was thicker maybe the flavour would have been more enhanced. Please Aldi, if you want to compete in the slimming/ healthier market, take note.”
“The products at Aldi are mainly quite good. Training should however be given to staff. Re stocking pallets blocking aisles. Blasé replies or even grunts when asked to move obstruction. Till staff completely unconcerned when they push checked items off the extremely small collections area onto the floor. They check items so fast, it’s impossible to keep up with placing them into my trolley. A jar of jam being the latest casualty. Not a good advert for the company.”
“Bad customer service. I put on a n order from instacart for pickup on 09/03/2022 arrived at store at 11:55 AM and on the app it showed that my order was already picked up at 11:47AM. I went into store to advise that they made a mistake and gave my order to someone else. They stated they gave it to the right name, but I asked did you see ID, order number, vehicle information and to each one, the manager said they don’t check any of that , they only say the name and if they say yes that is my name they give them the order without verification. The manager had an attitude because I was upset that they gave away my food to someone else and never apologized for their mistake. The Aldi store is located at 864 Cypress Pkwy, Kissimmee,FL 34759.”

“I was in Dunfermline Aldi with my daughter, she wanted icecream and i a bottle of cider for myself, unfortunately a cashier refused to sell me a cider, although I am 50 yo as he said he was sure a cider was meant for my daughter. than a manager came, she suggested to come tomorrow without my daughter, otherwise they will refuse to sell a cider again. First of all, I wanted to celebrate my friend's birthday today, not tomorrow, secondly, I don't need cider tomorrow or any other day later.

“Went to aldi in shettleston with two £5 vouchers. I found the prices extremely expensive. For £9.82 I got a pizza, a ready meal (macaroni and cheese), a carton of apple juice, two yoghurts, tub of butter, tub of cream cheese, a pkt of sanitary towels, two macaroni pies and a pkt of bagels. I was 2p short for a carrier bag and instead of just letting me have one, I had to run round the shop asking people for two pence or the woman behind the till was going to make me walk home struggling to carry all my shopping in my arms. Terrible customer service, will not be shopping here again”

“Absolute farce, home delivery items just don’t arrive!, go missing never to be seen!, other customers order received instead, everything, everything is late if it not missing, and worse the recent large item took nearly a month to arrive dspite it sitting at an XDP depot for 3 weeks, aldi did NOTHING to find out why it wasn’t on its way and I called every day for 3 weeks, got cut off, lied to, promised 8 times it was on a van, never got here. The item, a gazebo, arrived nearly a month late, dumped on my doorstep, box burst, canvas filthy and stained and ripped, and a broken leg! I didn’t even get to see it up, went straight back in burst box and am now waiting on a replacement which will no doubt either never arrive, will go ‘missing’ or will arrive broken. The customer service at Aldi is a disgrace, they have obviously outsourced to India as all calls now go through to people with terrible attitudes, cut you off and who have appalling English. Couriers are a joke,aldi are using substandard 3rd parties but do nothing about bad service. Very let down.”
“Don't get produce as whoever shops for you doesn't know how to pick it out I got strawberries and have of them were moldy and she packed a melon on top of a plastic container of blueberries so they were smashed and all over the bottom of the bag I can understand the melon being hard I left it out to ripen and it never did This was my second experience had no problem with the first order I had delivered”
