“My unit never produced one oz of power. power cables inside unit were tangled & broke. Later in our 3 attempts to correct same thing happened. When I called your office they said to send unit in. But later said unit was out of warranty. Still have unit on my pole but does not produce any power.”

“The quality of the awning fabric itself is great. The cords that need to be installed are very flimsy and impossible to thread through the fabric. After hours of trying, we finally grabbed the cords from our old awning and used them in place of the new. They worked wonderfully.”

“We had to reorder a new board for the new systems and had to pay for it. Sent the old one back never got refunded for it? Plus they can't handle the weight they say they can. I spent over 700 for juck in my yard. Would never recommend them or the support that was given.”

“Your shipping department messed up and cost you and I money. Your technical department gave me bad information which has caused more problems that customer service are not addressing. Irina Moroshan lies and avoids giving answers. Being trying to resolve these issues since November and it is still unresolved. ..... and you want to know what went wrong??????? I challenge you to have a senior manager call me at +52-442-425-3305. Or have him/her personally send me a signed email instead of all the anonymouse email that I have received in the past. Or better still, have someone from VBN Sales like Aleksy or Aundrey call me.”
