“Overall the unit works well, Iooks nice and is reasonably priced. The control board has been replaced 3 times in 5 years. Once was when the fuse holder melted from a built in glitch in the circuit. If the open limit switch is satisfied and the safety beam is broke when the gate close button is pressed, the gate attempts to open further only being stopped at the positive stop by the torque limiting potentiometer. This caused overcurrent which caused the fuse holder to melt before the 15 amp fuse blew.”

“Bought two solar gate openers a year ago. Both are running fine after one year. The remotes are great and just last week bought two new ones for guests. The installation is easy. The holes might need some enlarging for the rails, but easy to install.”

“The gate I bought from Aleko is beautifully made, however the double gate, opening arms and electric control module has all failed within a year. The gate which I ordered and waited for 4+ months came warped. Had to wait another 4 months before actually getting a replacement. The opening arms has also been replaced due to malfunction. The motherboard for the control module box was fried after less than a year of actual use. The warranty has expired because I had purchased it at the same time of the gate which took a total of 8 months to arrive. I was contemplating on purchasing a replacement board, but decided against it on fear that it would break again after 1 year of use. Price is good, but quality and customer service really need to improve.”

“I have reached out to your company and have yet to hear a response. A produce I recently bought is damaged. I purchased a canopy pop-up tent (5x5) and the legs are bent. It will not lock in place. I would like my money back or a new product sent.”
