“Something in the shipping process went wrong... The shippers could never get both pieces of my shipment together at any one time for about two weeks. Something about the part(s) were lost somewhere in the shipper's warehouse. So I canceled the order before it EVER made it to my house, but it still took almost a month to get my refund back.. smh... just poor.”

“Did not have a good product for a gate opener.... purchased for my mother, worked fine for a few months, but then started having electrical problems, changed out computer board inside once...worked again for a short while, the some other electrical problems....mother can not fix recurring problems....went with a new company for another unit, install and local customer service for any maintenance issues”

“Sander wasn't so comfortable and easy to use. I did have problems to handle and it was a poor suction, all dust was trapped mostly in to sander not in vacuum. When I finish sanding all dust from sander falls on floor. On high speed It was very hard to breathe from dust. I wouldn't recommend this sander to anyone. Maybe there's better models and easier to handle.”

“Received first and second wind generator structurally damaged. I asked that c8are be taken by improving the packaging of the second wind generator. This did not happen. When i reported the damaged second unit upon receiving it i was told there were no more for up to 4 months.”

“I ordered to exit wand for my gate. It worked for several weeks, then it broke. I contacted company many times to replace it; but never received it. I was too tired to keep trying to contact them; so I was just gave up. I guess it will be your luck.”

“Relatively easy to install. Overall, operates great. Had the gate opener for about 1 1/2 years. Occasionally, the gate motor will stop in mid-stream for no apparent reason (no obstructions). Another push of the open or close button, however, will usually fix it.”

“The Kennel is great but your shipping team really needs to step up and pack the kennels better. When we received our kennel the box was destroyed & all the hardware was missing. Yes maybe Fedex was hard on it but this is a heavy item and in a flimsy box, no protection & just held by packing tape.”
