I have 2 actuators. One died, so I bought another one. Sure enough as soon as I bought the new one, the old one started working randomly. They are very unreliable, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. It's frustrating having to send something back, only to possibly need it again in 2 months.

Product works great. Some things seemed a little vague in the directions so was a little hard to install. The remotes don't have the distance I was expecting. I think the exit wand or other options should be included in the purchase not an extra as I now have to order that seperate

Had no problems assembling and installing,just have to watch that black ring by motor operates limit switches,so when motor is not in tube the limitswitches do not work

Purchased a dual gate opener .solar panel was busted, never got a new one , had to purchase another , had it professionally installed, ran approximately 3 weeks , tryed contacing customer service , which was a absolute joke, a bunch of kids thats couldnt tell u what day it was, and technical support was even worst, finally after a month , we gave up, and purchased a lift master, and havent had one issue in a year, so im 1500.00 out on your worthless system i ended up throwing away, me and our installer wouldnt recommend anything you sell ,

The Canadian site says free shipping on everything. After my purchase I was contacted and told it would be an additional $25 for shipping. A agreed because I couldn't get it elsewhere. I was charged $25 in US funds. I complained twice and the company doesn't care. I won't buy from them again, and hope others see that they have false advertising.

Door handles are ok. One already broke and I don't know how to get a replacement.

My Sliding Gate now works much better after I replaced the operator from an AC 1400 to an AC 2800. I had a few questions and called in but the reps. were impatient and seemed not to have a clue and hung up on me ; twice ,after asking me to hold on for an awfully long time so that they can study the manual. Yet I am still giving very good knowing that the product is great and that the reps. are only employees who will get their comeuppance if they continue to treat loyal customers so unprofessionally. Thank You Aleko!
