“Communication was terrible. They failed to provide prompt service or any service. They failed to return calls. We finally had to purchase a replacement part from them on our own and pay for it ourselves. It's been 1 year, and to date we have not been reimbursed or contacted. “Piping for canopy was a different diameter than that provided for the awning skirt. The smaller size does not work. There was not enough of the larger size to use on both. Both skirt and awning are severely faded after approximately 30 days.”

“Product didn't work. Replacement PCB was quoted at 6 month lead time. Not even sure if PCB was the issue as manuals were in Chinese and different in the box than what was online/tech support. General lack of response, transparency, and customer service. Resulted in many hours of installation, troubleshooting, only to return the product and pay $50+ for shipping costs. What a waste of time and money.”
