“I bought this product as my former Aleko was destroyed by wind...these are made in China and they are not strong enough to deal with much wind”

“I tried ordering a bed you had through amazon they cancelled the order because they had none left in stock. You still do not have the bed I want in stock. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for it. It is the leopard heated pet bed for around $27.00. Why put it on amazon and not have any to ship out??”

“I purchased a really nice awning for an exterior doorway to match my shutters. It was a perfect burgundy match. After only several months, the fabric began to fade and is now a light pink. I brought it to your attention and you were kind enough to send a replacement. Problem is, of course, the same. The fabric doesn't last and it looks terrible. I was going to purchase a matching awning for our deck sliding door but not if it's going to fade like this. Sorry. Not happy.”

“The 16'-0" awning I ordered came with damaged parts, which you replaced that makes me happy. BUT the instructions for assembling the awning were VERY difficult to follow. My son and I have yet to complete the assembly, some parts did not fit well together due to over-welds. I hope the unit works for Spring of 2018.”
