“I was told that the new one would fit exactly like the old one, far from it. The mother board came with the attachment points broken off. The instructions are terrible. I can’t get the remote to activate the motor. Very dissatisfied.”

He assisted me in getting a solar-operated entry gate automatic opener. He is knowledgeable and ensures I get what I need, not oversell. He is very patient to answer my questions. I feel very comfortable getting the Automatic Gate Opener from Aleko with assistance from Victor.”

“Viktor was awesome! I called into the technical support department with very little information and only a picture and Viktor was such a huge help! His product knowledge and expertise helped me to troubleshoot my problem in no time! From his customer service to his pleasant tone I would give 10 stars if I could. “ALEKO has great customer service, I had gotten a 6 person tub, it is very spacious, and very easy to set up! We had some issues with our heater however talking with customer service (Rudy S) through email they helped resolve the issue very fast and were very pleasing to speak with. Delivery was fairly fast as well! Overall great company”

“I was having a problem with getting my remotes to pair with the circuit board to open our gate. Contacted Aleko and spoke with viktor, after corresponding with a few emails he figured it out that it must be my control panel. Got a new one and it's working perfectly.. Thank you again Viktor!!!”
