“In February I purchased a carport tent from Aleko. I was preoccupied with other things until I finally found the time and effort to erect it. After assembly, I found the base plates were not included. I e-mailed Aleko and reported the missing base plates. Samantha responded and I received the base plates 24 hours later. No hassles, no delay, and great customer service. Thank you”

“this is garbage. put motor on left side no access to adjust distance of stopping when reeling back in the adjustment in block by bracket pulled. motor out several times to try to adjust not good no access to back adjuster have to hand crack rest of way i do not recommend this product money lost on junk.”
