Great product, customer service. I have installed six aleko awnings at two properties. The frames are built well and replacement awnings are inexpensive. I have had 2 sunsetter awnings as well, they are an excellent product and the awning material is heavy duty and does not fade easily. That being said, they are also 3 times the cost. Will continue to buy aleko awnings, they hold up well over time.

As a first-time customer of Aleko, we were hesitant to purchase a hot tub on line. However, it was beautiful and easy to install. Then a couple days later we discovered a leak in the tub and called Philana, and she referred us to Viktor. Very shortly, we had an easy warranty form filled out and a leak picture emailed to them. Viktor responded immediately and we had a brand new hot tub in transit. It is great to be listened to and believed. Thank you! The new one is wonderful.

Excellent Company, I can't believe anyone would send a bad review, I made a mistake ordering the wrong gate and they corrected it, the gate came in a timely manner. I didn't care for the curbside delivery, I broke 2 finials moving the gate to where I have to work on it. Other than that the gate is well built and I, 'm very pleased. I give the company an A+ and would be an A++ except for the stupid delivery company (Sala) It, 's not Aleko's fault, it is the policy I even tried to tip him but he refused to drive up my driveway which would have been much easier and wouldn,t have broke the Finials.

This was my second 1400 opener for my sliding gate. The first one lasted about 6 years. As I was happy with the performance of the original unit, when it eventually became intermittent, I decided to replace it with the same model. Setting these openers up is pretty simple, but the replacement failed to close after about 3 months. Customer service was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot the problem, but in the end, concluded the problem was within the circuit board. They sent out a new board right away under warranty and the problem is cured. Excellent customer service response. Fingers crossed it holds up as well as the original one.

Brackets were great. Fence sections and gate section damage on delivery.Two occasions. Still waiting for 18' gate.

Aleko definitely supports their products. I had a remote control that stopped working and they sent me another one without even having to return the defective one. This is definitely excellent service.

The 10x20 carport is perfect for what I needed. A few parts were damaged but as soon as I reached out, Viktor in customer support got the parts I needed sent out to me the same day! Highly recommend with this level of support.

I was awaiting shipment of a replacement part. Didn't see a simple way to get a shipment update online, so I emailed support on a Saturday morning. Got an almost INSTANT response from Nadia that the part will be arriving today. Wow! Good service and even BETTER support. Didn't expect to hear for a few days. Nadia was/is terrific. In today's world, support is really what separates the good companies from the less-than-good.
