The motor went bad in my new awning. Submitted parts form that was provided on their web site and a video. They sent me out a new motor at no charge the next day. Now that's customer service.

Viktor was amazing as he knew exactly how to help me with my technical problem…I went thru months of people not knowing what to do to fix my problem but it took viktor about 5 minutes to lead me thru the solution. I am a 70 yr old woman and he could lead me thru the process…I so appreciate his knowledge and skill!! Alexo should use him as model for technical help!

If I could give no stars it would still be to many. I called and ordered some parts that were missing for our hot tub. We were told they would ship within a few days. It took over 2 weeks before the parts left the warehouse. When they did arrive, it was not even what I ordered and what was in the package was completely damaged. I called and spoke to the same person, set up for the parts that I ordered to actually be shipped I was promised they would be shipped out on "Monday" it has been another 2 full weeks and still, the parts have not moved. My credit card was charged and still nothing. No communication, no parts... disgusting.. We are going on a month now...

Immediately noticed I made a mistake on my order 210093. They sent an email that they were going to wait to ship so the right item would be delivered. Unfortunately they just went ahead and sent it. Now they said you should reject the delivery. Well I wasn’t home to reject it. Now I have to mail it back at my own cost. It’s been a pain. I got item I needed on Amazon.

I work with Home Depot - Alex O. has provided excellent customer service to me and my clients since day one. I recently needed assistance with expediting an order for arrival by 6/2, and Alex definitely ensured we got it done! Prior to me needing a replacement, Rudy, with tech support, had several calls to with my client and co-worker to help them with the installation. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied and will continue to source their products for my clients.

Phone Based Customer Service is Excellent! I would like to specifically Name Nadia and Maria. No issues at all. I think FEDEX shipping service lets the shipping time down, the order took a little longer than 7 days, BUT all my FEDEX orders have been delayed lately.

First hot tub failed in less than ten days. They sent another one and the heater failed within days. The sent a new heater and am unable to install it.because the video showed the wrong hot tub Customer service said they would contact the manufacturer. A month later and no answer from anyone. Must be no one can speak Chinese. Crappy service. I just want my money back.

Once I finally was able to get a tech that could help me, Rudolf S., it was very easy to fix my gate. Rudolf was so kind and patient with walking me through the steps to fix my gate and get it back working. Incredible tech!
