“I ordered 04/16/18 @ 3:52 pm. I received a call on Wednesday same week to verify shipping address, was told it would be shipped following day Thursday. So I decided to call today 04/23/18 and I was told that there was a problem with my address but it was resolved and my order was going out today. It does not make sense the excuse. Be honest with ur customers.”

“Over the last few years I have bought three different models of heavy duty gate openers from Aleko and Wholesale Gate Opener which are associated companies. All three openers have given trouble. Trying to phone them is almost a lost cause because it is seemingly impossible to reach a live person. The majority of calls get put on hold for so long that eventually they get disconnected. Have also discovered that their technical support people have a very limited knowledge of their products and often give bad advice. In general, customer support is really, really bad. Due to my dealings with them and their unwillingness to rapidly correct their own mistakes, I now also give their ethics a failing grade. That old adage, "Caveat Emptor" (let the buyer beware) certainly applies to both the above companies.”

“One of the best portable dog kennels we've found so far. We purchased one of the small, portable dog carriers. I love it. The quality is great. It has a metal frame with lots of screened areas so the dogs can see out very easily.”

“Haven't installed it yet but found where the factory had put part of it together wrong. My husband fortunately realized it and took it apart and put it back correctly.”

“After a month its not working. With lot of difficulty finally able to get in touch with the technical support. They sent me a new limit switch. I replaced and tested the same. Its still not working properly. Now the next step is to - I have to send the motherboard so that they can replace and send me a new one. But I am not able to connect to any live person for the last one week. Its just recorded voice. Seems like someone pick up the phone and put back in the voice. Please help.”
