“I needed to order half of a dual swing gate but was told I had to purchase the entire gate. Then I ordered the entire gate and it is on back order for 3-4 weeks. I will not do business with you again.”

“I ordered 04/16/18 @ 3:52 pm. I received a call on Wednesday same week to verify shipping address, was told it would be shipped following day Thursday. So I decided to call today 04/23/18 and I was told that there was a problem with my address but it was resolved and my order was going out today. It does not make sense the excuse. Be honest with ur customers.”

“Over the last few years I have bought three different models of heavy duty gate openers from Aleko and Wholesale Gate Opener which are associated companies. All three openers have given trouble. Trying to phone them is almost a lost cause because it is seemingly impossible to reach a live person. The majority of calls get put on hold for so long that eventually they get disconnected. Have also discovered that their technical support people have a very limited knowledge of their products and often give bad advice. In general, customer support is really, really bad. Due to my dealings with them and their unwillingness to rapidly correct their own mistakes, I now also give their ethics a failing grade. That old adage, "Caveat Emptor" (let the buyer beware) certainly applies to both the above companies.”
