“Just received have not had time to completely open looks like it's used ( dirty spots ) and some of the seams are not glued correctly. Have been left in limbo for two days as they are waiting to decide what to do. Decided it's not their problem and I am stuck with a used defective boat terrible people to do business with.”

“I did not receive the products I ordered and did not receive a email noting me out a product that was on back order. I was expecting the products to be delivered yesterday and now hear they might come in on Friday. If I had not followed up I’m not sure when I would have received what I ordered.”

“Good communication, staff went out of there way to help, costumer support phone operator called the warehouse to deliver a product to her station so she was able to confirm the correct size.”

“Product was okay for the for the price. Installation instructions are poor and poly cord is no where as strong as the original. It looks good but I am worried that it will pull out if wind hits it as the second channel did not have a pre-made pocket for the poly cord and it is just pressed in. We will see in a month when I go camping if it holds.”

“Just got my replacement memory board and it was exactly what I needed. I don't understand why the fuse holder melts before it blows the fuse. It seems like I need to replace the board about every year when it fails because I can't get the fuse loose and the contacts are melted to where there is no more contact. Can you give me some advice? Scott”
