“I had the pleasure of working with Charles Tillman. Though finding the right parts/unit you might need on any of Aleko's website leaves a bit to be desired, Charles Tillman's efforts made the visit and purchase much better. Very conscientious Technician.”

“Your new website does not list all your product and the shipping to Hawaii is astronomical. It used to be reasonable shipping. Out of 4 phone orders, only one made it through. Your agents are not completing order after taking all info.”

“Just received have not had time to completely open looks like it's used ( dirty spots ) and some of the seams are not glued correctly. Have been left in limbo for two days as they are waiting to decide what to do. Decided it's not their problem and I am stuck with a used defective boat terrible people to do business with.”

“I did not receive the products I ordered and did not receive a email noting me out a product that was on back order. I was expecting the products to be delivered yesterday and now hear they might come in on Friday. If I had not followed up I’m not sure when I would have received what I ordered.”
