I bought the 100 FT Expandable garden hose. It is truly incredible!!! And the prompness of delivery was excellent!!! Love it and will forever be a customer of Aleko.

The product is just what I needed and expected. My only issue is with the strength of the corner grommets...the corners at least could be better reinforced. Otherwise, the privacy screen is great.

I placed my order on 5/17/18 expecting to receive no later than 5/25 (with 24 hour processing and 3-5 day shipping). We waited until 5/22/18 and still was never notified of a shipment. I called customer service and they told me it was because my order only had a partial payment and wasn't paid in full. I asked, how can that be, when I process the order online, there is no way for me to "partial pay". I told them I paid the full amount that was on the check out screen and it was the full amount of the order. The lady, Ingrid, did some research and came back and said she found the issue due to an internal computer glitch. I said okay, can we have our order rushed shipped so we can receive on Friday and she said she was going to reach out to the shipping manager and call me back and let me know. All day, I never received a call back, and all of a sudden we receive a generic email, saying that the item was out of stock and there is a 6-10 week wait. Because my order never got processed because of a computer glitch, other orders for that item came in and "overtook" my spot, and by the time the glitch was fixed on my order, there were no more items available. So I called again and instead of a sincere, "let's see what we can do", I was basically told I am out or luck. There was no attempt to "make it right" with me. Not even an offer to rush ship a different color or nothing. I was angry and told the person to just cancel my order and hung up (I did swear and that was wrong of me). After I calmed down I called back because I felt bad, I tried to talk to a manager to see if they could try and make it right. That person, Sadie, was rude and basically said the same thing. I couldn't believe there was no attempt from your customer service department to make right what was a mistake on your end. It was sad, because I then had to go order the items from Amazon and Amazon fulfilled the same items I ordered through you within 2 days I had the items at my front door. That is pretty sad if you ask me. That says a lot about your company. For the troubles and lack of customer service on your end, I did have to pay more on Amazon, so I will be contacting you to refund me the difference of what I paid Amazon vs. what I should have paid in the first place if you had just processed and shipped my order like you were supposed to. You can call me at 734-642-6085 or email me antonio.spano77@gmail.com if you would like to resolve this issue for compensation without me having to call in and re-explain myself (which I would preferred and would be completely surprised). Or you can wait for me to call and demand compensation, which I will!!! I just hope the products don't disappoint us either.
