“I originally was unaware that there were two sites for your company. As a result, I became confused between the Canadian site and the United States site. The knowledgeable staff at customer service were very kind and helpful in assisting me in ultimately completing my order on the correct site.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Aleko Products offers free shipping, meaning the company chooses the carrier. Where if you want it to be shipped via FedEx, you pay extra for FedEx Home Delivery. This is not any faster shipping than our free shipping it is just ensuring it will be shipped directly from FedEx, instead of us choosing the carrier. We hope this clarified all issues. “Bought a dual gate opener in 2016. Threes month of working it broke. I posted the bad service from Aleko they replaced my motor. Its currently broken again. Ive only had a combined 6months of my gate working. Currently fighting with them. Its a nightmare. Don't buy these gate motors. Customer service terrible, I've sent videos, pictures no one helping......buyers beware!”

“This company thinks that they could buy a better review from me by discounting my $350 purchase by $30. If I charged $5/hr for the time it took me to even get that, they would have to give me the product. My advise, STAY AWAY! They are incompetent and don't know their own products. They don't return calls as promised, are argumentative, and at least as far as the gate opener I bought, their product is junk.”
