“I recently purchased the Bitumen Sauna Roof Shingle Set for 95 x 71 Inch Barrel Sauna. I have a barrel sauna that's the same dimensions from a different company whose roof kit is not nearly as nice. Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion over what came with my order, it's just the shingles not the fasteners or wood frame from the image, or even a set of installation instructions, but even so while I'm a bit disappointed I'm not upset about that. The shingles look terrific and are relatively easy to install (for a non-roofer). If you also purchase these shingles I highly recommend the #9 x 1" self-sealing metal roofing & siding wood screws with EPDM rubber seal from Weather Tech Fasteners. They make a red version and a black version, either of which color matches nicely with these shingles and the wide head/short thread is perfect for the cedar sauna. Too bad Aleko doesn't include those with the shingles (hint, hint). Overall I'm still very happy with this purchase.”

“1) the order entry person messed up entering my billing address which was the same as my shipping address. 2) had to recall and wait on hold for another long period of time. 3) had to reorder the item which was a second billing and wait for first billing to be canceled on my credit card. 4) person who took second call was very rude. 5) had to recall a third time to ask for an invoice as one was never sent. "this person was much nicer" 6) never received anything saying if and when it shipped along with a tracking number. very disappointed in my first purchase with you. will not be buying from you again anytime soon.”
