“When I place my order. I wasn’t told that my order was back order for 4-6 weeks. I didn’t get no email or call to inform me about this situation. I called them after 1 week to see if they can tell me where my order is. The lady was rude and not helpful at all. And can’t give me answer. Customer service need to be improved big time.”

“purchased gate opener to replace 20 year old opener. the directions are horrible I am a contractor and have installed other gate openers. I've been on hold trying to get customer for over 1 hour listing to a recording 2 times the recording clicks and hangs up on me hoping to get to talk to live person.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Aleko Products offers free shipping, meaning the company chooses the carrier. Where if you want it to be shipped via FedEx, you pay extra for FedEx Home Delivery. This is not any faster shipping than our free shipping it is just ensuring it will be shipped directly from FedEx, instead of us choosing the carrier. We hope this clarified all issues. “Bought a dual gate opener in 2016. Threes month of working it broke. I posted the bad service from Aleko they replaced my motor. Its currently broken again. Ive only had a combined 6months of my gate working. Currently fighting with them. Its a nightmare. Don't buy these gate motors. Customer service terrible, I've sent videos, pictures no one helping......buyers beware!”
