“Boxes came with ends opened and damaged. When I called about returning they said we had to pay to send back. We are concerned items were damaged and since our Installation time will not be until sept, we cannot take the chance items were damaged etc. representative when ordering said she could send return call tag if we needed and now story is different I am told I am responsible for shipping. Items sound like assembly is extensive and we did not want anything with that much assembly to begin with. All we are asking is return without hassle and Aleko is not taking care of us”

“The unit shipped late and came delivered damaged. The order took 10 days to arrive. The boxes had no external damage, when opened the foam was crushed at top of the unit and the cover was broken where the screws attach to the unit, also the 4 plastic holders on the circuit board were all broken and circuit board was was damaged (the receiver unit had seperated from the board). I called and left a message with customer care on Saturday June 9, 2018. I would like a call from customer service, I will re-call on Monday during business hours to get replacement parts. Thank you Keith Royer. I can be reached at 617-283-2959”

“I ordered a plug from amazon. When the plug arrived from amazon it was the wrong plug. Rather than trying to deal with amazon I called Aleko direct. The woman who answered the phone transferred me to another woman who was able to figure out what I needed. She took my information and I had the correct plug in 4 days.”

“When I place my order. I wasn’t told that my order was back order for 4-6 weeks. I didn’t get no email or call to inform me about this situation. I called them after 1 week to see if they can tell me where my order is. The lady was rude and not helpful at all. And can’t give me answer. Customer service need to be improved big time.”

“purchased gate opener to replace 20 year old opener. the directions are horrible I am a contractor and have installed other gate openers. I've been on hold trying to get customer for over 1 hour listing to a recording 2 times the recording clicks and hangs up on me hoping to get to talk to live person.”
