“Purchased four SLD042 solar lights and while I haven't had them long, so far they have met my expectations. “I ordered a 10 X 10 dog kennel and it was missing parts. When I called customer service the lady told me I had to email them what my missing parts were, it’s very inconvenient when I could’ve just told her. Now I have to wait till they email me back to get my missing parts.”

“Hardware is obviously cheap Chinese. Instructions are very hard to follow. Not enough diagrams.”

“The packaged arrived with tape in the wrong places. We were not home when FedEx dropped it off in the driveway. We had to tear the box apart to open it. There was hardware missing when we put it together. A lot of hardware. 8 carriage bolts with nuts, 15 clip springs, 2 male hinges, 2 female hinges, 12 clamps. Very disappointed.”

“I was immediately charged for my first order that was out of stock, reordered other items a day or two later. Immediately charged for those items and received a phone call the next day with no explanation just to call them. I called and left message on 6/8 and never received a call back nor why Customer Service was calling and what the issue was. I followed up today with an email and told they needed verbal verification of my address. Simple as that, yet it was never communicated in that way. Thank you!”
