My order was placed on June 25 with 3-5 day guaranteed shipping. I received an email stating that the order had been shipped and was expected to arrive on Thursday, June 26. Great news I thought. June 26th came and went and when I checked the status at FedEx, the order stated that only the print label had been printed, no other activity. Upon contacting Aleko, I learned that part of my order was on backorder for at least 4-6 weeks. That was never indicated anywhere during the purchasing process and would have saved a lot of headache. Then went through several emails and finally called to get the order figured out. When I asked for rush shipping, that request was denied. Frustrating that I've had my banister off for a week waiting on parts with small children at home. Frustrations: 1). Lack of communication when order was not able to be fulfilled. Why should I be the one to contact Aleko as the customer? I should have been notified by the company not the other way around. 2) Receiving an email stating order had been shipped when clearly it hadn't. 3) Unwilling to correct what was clearly a Aleko issue by declining to overnight the remainder of my shipment.

The instructions and illustrations were terrible. The main square tubing support should have thicker walls, it collapses too easily.

Not chain link like pictures and missing pieces that we had to go to buy at Lowes to finish putting together! Also pre drilled holes didn’t match up or fit, very rough as well

Ordered and paid for chicken runs twice and had orders confirmed with the shipping confirmations and dates for both, only to receive an email from FedEx 2 hours later that the orders were cancelled by Aleko. Nothing from Aleko until I called and was told the run(s) were on back order. I don’t understand how I can pay for an item receive confirmation from Aleko hat you have the item, receive confirmation from FedEx when the item would be delivered only to find out then that MINE was backordered. This happened twice in a seven day period. What a waste of my time and money. I would not buy from Aleko

I was expecting to get this sooner by paying more for shipping. I ordered this on Thursday June 21, and have not received it yet.

I ordered and paid for a gate opening sensor. They sent me a tracking number then didn't send me the product. They told me the product was actually out of stock and would take at least two months to get. After four months with no word from them I called and they said it would take another six months. They then offered me a whole 5% off on a replacement that wasn't as good for $50 more.
