“My only suggestion is to include a larger print instruction with each fob. But it was very easy to sync each fob I recieved....very please with my order.”

“I looked a long time to find you- really happy with the product- great value compared to the rest, and I wanted to give it the best rating but the cords that came with it weren't right for my installation. Only two cords ,not three and was not the right size. Made a trip to lowe's and solved it and I would buy again from them even with this hassel.”

“The directions to install motor are very bad. I have worked in fabrication and building for 40 years. By far the worse attempt at directions. Asked for RMA to return motor I would use awning manually. I was informed that I would have to return the whole purchase at my expense. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a large purchase. DON'T get the motorized awning!”
