From my first email contact with Aleko in reference to a 10" tire that was loosing air regularly, I was directed to the parts catalog. There was no specific part number for the wheel but the service representative, detailed the whee, size and the correct color for the 10"pneumatic tire assembly and correct color I specified. I completed my order and had the replacement wheel in two days. Actually decided to get two for a spare. Good service and knowledgeable service rep.

Your gate opener only lasted 1 1/2 years before needing repair. But, it was your customer service and the time it took to get the parts that was absolutely horrible. Parts should be available MUCH sooner than 6-8 was. (Keep some on hand in country).

The product I received was defective. I emailed customer support and was answered by Charles Tillmon. He was very helpful and very prompt in getting back wth me for several days. He handled the situation as efficiently as I have ever experienced. Aleko product didn’t score real high but the customer service from Charles Tillmon was exceptional. I would definitely recommend someone to Aleko, because I know if there was a problem they would handle it.

Technical team did not get back to me with my concern. I had to call to find out the status of my query. Also putting the awning together was not as easy as mentioned. there is no parts list and some of the parts were damaged during shipping and I had to request replacements. Although the replacements weren't damaged, the paint was scuffed which means that they weren't properly protected within the packaging. I would not say that I had a good experience at all.

I love the variety of products Aleko has and I needed something unique for a gift for a family member. I found the perfect item and had no trouble getting the item shipped directly to my brother who lives in another state - it arrived on time and the order process was seamless. My brother loved his gift and while shopping online I found several things I'll be ordering for myself!

I ordered a replacement motor from Aleko and they sent the wrong one I emailed them and they sent a replacement out right a way no hassle what so ever very good customer service look forward to doing more business with them in the future

The first problem we had was that the instructions plainly state that the awning can only be safely installed onto concrete or stone. As the website showed the awning installed onto a house with siding, I was concerned. I called customer service to see why there were only parts included for attachment to concrete/stone. The lady that answered told me to ignore the warning in the instructions and to go to a hardware store and get what I needed to install the awning. I explained that I was told when ordering that all parts necessary for installation would be included in my purchase. I asked if she would send to me the necessary parts to attach my awning to my house. She said they didn't do that. I ended up spending an extra $21.00 for the proper bolts, receivers, nuts and washers necessary. The second problem was that I asked before the purchase, what the "slope drop" would measure when installed. I was told 24". I said that that would not work for my house and asked if that could be reduced. I was told that it could be adjusted to 12" . that is not true. The adjustment is minimal. maybe two or three inches. The third problem is that the remote control was not sent. When I called about that, I was told that they were temporarily out of remote controls and that was probably why I didnt get one. I was promised one as soon as they arrived. It did arrive in a timely manner. It does seem that I should have been alerted that the remote would be late arriving without me having to call about it. Finally, Two weeks after being installed, the provided nuts and bolts that hold the contraption together are all rusted and the mounting hardware and extension arms have the paint scraped off in several places from having been opened and closed a total of four times. I am dissapointed.

Still have not gotten matter fixed. I should receive a discount if you want me to reorder this awning. My address is St Anthonys Ct , my credit card is Saint Anthonys Ct .... and you cancelled the shipping??? but the charge went through????? Really, contact me with a I'm Sorry discount and I'll reorder awning and maybe you'll ship it this time.

NOT TO HAPPY WITH SANDER. PUSHED SWITCH WITH FINGER,JUST HEARD A HUM.. CALLED THE 800 NUMBER TO GET A REFUND...THE GIRL SAYS I CANT GET REFUND, NEED TO MAKE A VIDEO.PLUGGING THE SANDER INTO THE AC OUTLET AND TURNING SANDER ON.....WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL... WORKING WITH THE SANDER I HOLD THE SWITCH FOR 6 SECONDS, THE SANDER STARTS TO SPIN, TRY TO SAND SMALL AREA ON THE WALL. IT WILL JUST STOP.. REHOLD SWITCH FOR 6 SECONDS THEN IT STARTS ,TRY TO SAND SOMETHING ON THE WALL IT WILL STOP AGAIN... YOU HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....SUBMITTED A ONE STAR AT HOME DEPOT, STILL WAITING FOR EMAIL FROM PAYPAL .... MR. SAMUEL OLAGUE 626-330-5730......

The 20' awning was just barely acceptable. The instructions were among the worst I have ever seen. Example: "Install pull strap" The strap is attached to a SS headless alen screw. NOWHERE does it show how or where this is to be installed. Basically if you have another choice, take it!
