I purchased and oh aid for 2 cots over 2 weeks ago,,,I bought them because of a sale,,( 25 % off) and because of free shipping,,it said ,,,,free shipping, 3 to 5 days group shipping. So I ordered,,,I have a email, from the Aleko company 10 days later apologizing, that it had never left the ware house and that they would find out why. A few emails later, and 15 days later, the cots arrived, and. Another email, .my company has already gone home, and thAt also informed me, I have to pay shipping to return, them,,when they were list in warehouse, o sent a email and said cancel the order, this isn't fair,,I nb needed them a week after I ordered them,,its not my fault your people didn't fill the order as promised,,I had been as nice as I could, and then the email,,I needed to pay just to get my money back,,what's wrong by here,,,take it out of the pay ,,when you find out who is at fault,,I could even get the coupon code to work and had to pay full price, I did and be we comained cause I was thrilled with 3-5 days shipping was free

I bought a canopy 12x10 not up 2 weeks and the middle bracket has torn holes in the cover. It sags in the middle where it is joined about an inch. When it rains it pools in the middle because of the sag. But due to the holes that's not a problem anymore

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered a new awning. Product arrived without any of the mounting hardware. The 1st time I called the lady at customer service explained I need to email the pics of the product I was missing she would send it to the supplier. This never happened. 2nd time I was hung up on. Third time they sent hardware in large box with all the parts laying random. No packages. Would never deal with again.

I have made two purchases with AlEKO one driveway gate and one smaller gate the quality is just outstanding. So I phoned this morning because I did not receive my whole order. One of the fence screens was missing from the delivered order. The CS person told me I needed to send a photo and email to Sales in order for her to assess the situation. I had a deadline to get these installed and contractors standing by to do so and now I have no idea when I will get the second screen as the CS person have not phoned or emailed me back. I called and your phone message states I have to allow 24 hours for you to respond. I used to develop training for technology customer service agents and this is definitely not good customer service. Customers want answers when they call, not 24 hours later as your CS person stated was your policy.

Some parts were used, most parts did not fit. Instructions were horrible, but I expected that from reviews. Everything had to be modified to work. Would not purchase again, price is fair but for the money it could at least have parts that fit.
