“I ordered the optional support legs for my retractable awning. They were very difficult to extend and the floor brackets had to be modified to allow the legs to lock into place. Not sure how long they will last as they have a tendency to get caught when lowering or raising the awning. They do give the needed extra support for the 10X20 awning.”

“Just got it up and looks great. Instructions leave something to be desired but fairly intuitive to figure out. The box had a BIG hole in it, in fact a bag of hardware fell out when I moved it, But everything was there! Looks durable and happy with it especially for the price.”

“Receive the product and part of the tubing is bent. Had to straighten the tubing out in order to get the pieces put together. Also some of the plastic pieces look like they're broken like the bushing around the chef that goes into the spring. Was able to install the product but not sure how long it will last with the broken parts. The tubing had marks on the side of it where it look like it would have been hit with something prior to being put in the boxes. The instructions are Shawty there needs to be someone proof proof reading the instruction booklet because there's words misspelled, there's improper English, it's real hard to understand what they want you to understand. We were able to get it put together and put up I hope that it lasts.”

“I was unable to purchase the product from you directly as I was told my credit card was "denied". I subsequently went to Amazon and had no problem with the card. Unfortunately I now have to pay a $500 shipping fee.”

“I love the variety of products this company carries! It is so nice to be able to go to one website and find virtually everything you need in regards to the project you are trying to accomplish. I also love the fact that there is a diagram when purchasing a gate, that shows you exactly the spacing that you will need as well as the depth that everything needs to be buried at to make installing the item that much easier! Very pleased with the durability and quality of the gate I purchased!”

“The awning is great the only issue was I bought a 20' which comes in three sections. The instructions weren't real clear on when to place the blocker and extension arm connector in the center section. after the sections are connected these two items won't clear the connection screws. Just a small hiccup other than that it was easy to put together. Great time with my oldest Grandson.”
