“my order 37519 I made august 14, they supost to be free. But I paid $30.01 for rush delivery. Today is August 21 and I don't revived yet.”

“Dual gate motor for AS1200 is complete junk! We had problems with it fron the beginning. In a matter of months, we had to have the slave arm replaced, the master arm replaced, the mother board replaced, plus the wind kept braking the housing for the arms. Incredible and very cheap junk!! I would not EVER recommend this product. It all ended up in the trash.”

“Order arrived short by 5 cartons. Roadrunner wouldn’t give me the time of day and said to call seller. I did immediately and Left message on Friday and again this am. It is now 4:00 pm Monday and have still not heard anything back whatsoever. Giving it 24 more hours and then filing a claim with my credit card to cancel the purchase. This is not the way I like to do business.”

“Very unpleasant experience! Ordered custom gate with this company and was giving 8 week lead time. Asked for an update several times from there sales team and was ignored all 3 times. Tried to cancel this order and all the sudden the gate was in manufacturing, but still over a month out from delivery. This is after a 2 month wait already. I run a business and now am going to have a custom gate sitting in my warehouse because I let my customer cancel do to this company’s negligence.”

“this earlier post my awning was delivered on time however, there was not one bit of information for the installation at all. Luckily the man we hired was able to figure it out. Great! Not Great!!!! The motor of the awning DOES NOT WORK!!!! I've called several times people have promised to return my calls...nothing. I've emailed nothing!!!! What terrible customer service! Walk don't run away from this company. Lower prices are just a gimmick for luring customers to buy. But no service after that. One star is too many> Now, another month has gone by and still no call from anyone from this company...How in the heck do I get help.”

“No answer to the phone, multiple calls and long waits with no answer. All wasted time. Ordered a main gate and pedestrian. Had arranged to have everything shipped, particularly the mounting posts with the back-ordered main gate to ship when it arrived. Customer service head wrote a few days later that they could not honour their commitment and wanted an extra $600 for the split shipment. The prices were not as advertised on their Canadian website either, prices were higher and shipping was billed extra despite them claiming it was "free" (or included in the advertised prices). They charged my credit card the full amount immediately with a promise to ship in 2-1/2 months! I ended up cancelling the entire order. 8 days later I'm still waiting to see a refund. Stay away from this disorganised outfit. Bad news!”

“Bought the gearbox to replace the worn out one on our TaylorMade awning. $25 shipped from Aleko vs $60+ from taylorMade was a no brainer. Arrived in 3 days and replacement took about 10 minutes. Fit and finish was as good as TMade original piece. GREAT deal on a great product!”
