“We ordered on 8/19...it said it shipped and didn't. Called today 8/27 and was told they didn't know what happened but they would try to ship today. Still no update on shipping and we had planned to go camping for Labor Day weekend. I will order from Amazon next time and won't make the mistake of ordering from Aleko again b”

“I'm thoroughly pleased with the 690E drywall sander. As a paint contractor, I use this tool weekly to prep walls, new drywall, etc. The variety of sanding discs offered is ideal for the different surfaces I come across. And lastly, I'm grateful for the replacement parts as I recently changed out the drive shaft & housing after 3+ years of repeated wear.”

“The products I have gotten in the past have been great. I will write a review about this opener if it ever arrives. The shipping department uses Fed Ex, when it positively has to be there when we feel like it. Now I have a very agitated customer. I will look to purchase my products elsewhere.”

“My experience was alienating. I was promised a rod holder that was coming with the boat. My 6 attempts at CSsevice ended up with no resolve. A tracking number was privoded for the item which was never sent. Item is in stock. Upsetting. Irina and Customer Service Managers have refused the matter, and feel strongly about never making a big purchase here ever again.”

“This is the 3rd item I've purchased from Aleko, they are all excellent. What has impressed me most is the genuine waterPROOF (not "resistant" , not supposed - to - be-but - isn't) nature of the products. I used a 12'x12' canopy over a small stage at a festival, where it deluged for two days. The PA, amp and all electronic gear were perfectly dry at the end of each day and since then, I have been a die-hard recommender of Aleko products. You will not be disappointed.”
