“I NEVER go out of my way to write bad reviews but I called this place yesterday about products that I was interested in and the girl on the phone was rude and trying to rush me on the phone telling me to just come pick it up just come pick it up without even knowing what I’m asking about , so my boyfriend goes today to pick up product and he gets a dog crate that is too small and realized rite away so he walked rite back into the store to request to exchange the product but STILL give them money and BUY THE CORRECT ONE and the girl started telling him that she would not allow him to buy the CORRECT SIZE crate and that they close in 9 minutes and she didn’t want to deal with it. Like 9 minutes!!!! You can get so much done in 9 minutes and if you really care about the loyalty of your customers you would make sure they were satisfied and received the rite product! Extremely bad customer service here I will never return!”

“Purchased a 13x10ft awning with the optional motor and it looks and works great. Price and quality are very good too. Only issue was with the included installation manual since it is horrible. Extremely small print, poorly written and useless. Found out many customers complained about the same issue. Was frustrated since I had to invest plenty of time searching and downloading a better manual from Aleko's website and even with that I had to search on youtube for videos that showed similar awning installations from other manufacturers. The motor also came with a miniature and useless manual that was really hard to read even with a magnifying glass and had extra parts that I never needed but were probably included for another awning and confused me for hours since they didn't fit anywhere. If you really want better customer reviews PLEASE INVEST ON IMPROVING YOUR INSTALLATION MANUALS and go the extra mile and CREATE YOUTUBE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.”

“Met my expectations. Bought "for can you thin coat "this wall kind of customers. Heavy but a bit of grit is always needed on " this wall " kind of projects. Much better than not having a power sand option. Vacuume hookup makes it a no brainer for this price range of tool. If you push motor too hard you will need to replace reflex drive gear. “Beginning with Sasha S. who was very rational and understanding of our predicament; having placed an incorrectly sized order for window awnings plus the fact that the time frame for returns has passed, but accepted them nonetheless for replacements. (After inspections). Such display of fair-mindedness speaks volumes of ALEKO in general and the people that works there in particular. That on top of the fact that their awnings looks good (!) on our windows and their prices are very reasonable. Thank You again Sasha!”

“Ever since we purchased our 12 x 10 awning we installed it my wife & I nice and easy & light weight. Years later we added support arms purchased another color fabric to give house another different look. We could not be happier with buying such a great product and I had a issue with my first fabric, customer service had a replacement for me in a week. Thanks, everyone”

“This fencing is very nice looking. I am using it for a chicken run. I feel there is a little to much open space between the gate and gate frame. I will add some extra fencing on this area to protect them better. I will also probably line the rest of it with additional 1/2 mesh wire to avoid raccoon and other pest from reaching and getting in. The boxes had a few holes in them when they arrived and because of this, a few of the bolts were missing.”

“Did not receive what I ordered when I contacted company I was informed I had to prove to them it was not received with pictures of all boxes and contents of each box. Not a way to treat a customer who spent $433 and did not receive a $24 item. Very bad customer service no more of my buisness”
