“Still have not received my order”

“I still haven't used the sliding gate motor but I have installed the "V" tracks. Unfortunately, the concrete anchors are so cheaply made that they are unusable. My order was incorrect and it took a while to correct. The quality of the V-track wheels seems to be the best part of the system.”

“The tire was almost perfect .. just one thing I didn't count on .. difference in hub width was about 1 1/2" , I had to cut off each of the two pvc spacers about 3/4". I was replacing a black WalMart Ames wheelbarrow tire. Everything worked out great.. found guy in Lowes parking lot with a pipe cutter in his truck!!! What luck. A gal has to be resourceful to survive.”

“Ordered a mortorized retractable awning, as stated by many others, the instructions are not very easy to follow and the video needs to have audio explaining what is going on, however the customer service has been great. We had a problem with the motor, called them and the gentleman was very helpful, decided that the motor was bad and shipped one out immediately!”

“Got your product today was excited to get it until i found out it was in piece's and when i call on sept 12 got a major attitude from your customer service Didnt care what i had to say just said were closing in 15 minutes told her id email u said she didnt care Told her i let everyone on Facebook know still didnt care Im not happy at all i have to put this together Ill let eveyone know how i was treated qhen i called”

“The replacement awning I purchased is good quality. However there are NO instructions with the product and your website either does not have an active link to any help. Very aggravating to have to call for directions.”

“Ordered a sauna on 8/23 with stated shipping in 3-5 days. On 9/12 shipper tells me that they can only deliver if I have a forklift at home(!)...OK that's maybe no Aleko's fault, BUT ALEKO then asked me to organize local labor to open the crate on back of truck and deliver it piece by piece! I asked for delivery or a refund following which no replies to emails or phone messages so I handed it over to my credit card company and let them sort it out.”

“I NEVER go out of my way to write bad reviews but I called this place yesterday about products that I was interested in and the girl on the phone was rude and trying to rush me on the phone telling me to just come pick it up just come pick it up without even knowing what I’m asking about , so my boyfriend goes today to pick up product and he gets a dog crate that is too small and realized rite away so he walked rite back into the store to request to exchange the product but STILL give them money and BUY THE CORRECT ONE and the girl started telling him that she would not allow him to buy the CORRECT SIZE crate and that they close in 9 minutes and she didn’t want to deal with it. Like 9 minutes!!!! You can get so much done in 9 minutes and if you really care about the loyalty of your customers you would make sure they were satisfied and received the rite product! Extremely bad customer service here I will never return!”
