“My gate opener died two months before the warranty expired. After 5 attempts and extremely long wait times on hold, I finally got in touch with customer support. They ensured me it would be covered under warranty but we would have to trouble shoot the problem. Because I started the process when it was under warranty, they said they would replace it if trouble shooting doesn't work. I spent a total of 12-14 hours of my time on the phone trouble shooting and replacing the parts that they sent over the course of 4 months. 4.5 months later, my opener still doesn't work. Now they are telling me they won't replace the unit because the warranty had expired. They are not true to their word and won't honor any warranty. I've never before written a bad review. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Aleko is a nightmare to deal with and I would recommend any other company. They are a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.”

“I still haven't used the sliding gate motor but I have installed the "V" tracks. Unfortunately, the concrete anchors are so cheaply made that they are unusable. My order was incorrect and it took a while to correct. The quality of the V-track wheels seems to be the best part of the system.”

“The tire was almost perfect .. just one thing I didn't count on .. difference in hub width was about 1 1/2" , I had to cut off each of the two pvc spacers about 3/4". I was replacing a black WalMart Ames wheelbarrow tire. Everything worked out great.. found guy in Lowes parking lot with a pipe cutter in his truck!!! What luck. A gal has to be resourceful to survive.”

“Ordered a mortorized retractable awning, as stated by many others, the instructions are not very easy to follow and the video needs to have audio explaining what is going on, however the customer service has been great. We had a problem with the motor, called them and the gentleman was very helpful, decided that the motor was bad and shipped one out immediately!”
