“the service was good and the awning was good however the beading that goes into the awning to attach it to the frame was too large. i had to use another source to enable me to attach the awning to the frame>”

“The boxes the panels and clamps were in are ripped and torn. One panel has a wire broken loose on the bottom of the panel , one panel has the wire bent, and 8 of the clamps are missing. While it appears to be a good product the packing, handling and shipping are very poor. When I called Customer Service to make a report they would not even talk to me until I sent pictures of the damaged and missing parts. Just how do you take pictures pf parts that aren't there?”

“The product that you are selling does not fit an RV awning I paid 30 some odd dollars for this bag that I don't even think would even fit on an awning, of conventional House Awning because you do not detache the fabric away from the rail that bolts to the facility. There would be no way this bag would fit, the way it is design over an Awning, unless you dismantled the awning and stored it ,which is rediculous Your website advertises this bag as an RV awning cover which is false. I'm also returning this item as false advertising and false description for full refund plus my time is valuable”

“Bought and installed a 16 X 10 Aleko awning in July. I purchased it through Amazon as Aleko had none in stock. In two months the bolts used to secure the arms and the bolts on the mounting hardware have rusted. The awning also makes a noise like it's binding when opening, I hope the pins on the arms aren't rusting. I'm sorry I didn't spend a little more and buy an awning from a company that uses better quality materials.”

“It just arrived via FedEx. One end of the box was WIDE OPEN so I have no idea if all the parts are present or if some fell out. I won’t be able to know this until I put it together. You wrap straps around the product/box. You need to strap it lengthwise also so the box is reinforced lengthemwise, so this doesn’t happen in the future. So far, disappointed. Since I’ve never put one together I will not know what might be missing until it’s complete. Not likely to order anything from ALEKO in the future.”

“Worst shipping experience, my package supposed to had arrived on the September 27th, The company (Estes) that Is shipping the item don’t even know where my package is so I don’t have a delivery date, the delivery fee was free, but I preferred to pay for the shipping and have my pack age on time and for ALEKO to use a reliable delivery company for their products, I will review my product as soon as is delivered”

“Base set up was confusing. Directions were incomplete, had to watch an online instructional video for clarification. Otherwise, great product! Wish we would have bought the larger size as four person will be a tight fit. Next time will go with the 8 man.”
