“I have used the AR1450 gate operator for nearly two years and was hit by lighting so I replaced it with the exact motor assembly. You can not go wrong with this sliding gate motor. I love it!”

“Ordered a chicken yard over 1 month ago. Was informed it was back ordered 2 weeks. 1 month goes by. Get hold of some one, they find my order, tell me yes its in and they will ship it that day. Was told 3 to 5 business days. So far its has been11 business days. Still no coop and no communication from them. Very, very poor customer service.”

“I do not recommend this company,i should have listen to other people's review's!(-Aleko products!) I made an order on their website for sauna. The entire process with them took 3 weeks and from the beginning till the end i had to deal with so unprofessional and rude behavior! Very poor and unprofessional customer service,very rude,the representative Brandi hang up the phone on me after i spend hours on hold with her! I had to dispute the charge through my credit card because this company only wants money from you and nothing else! Total Scam!”

“I ordered three 5x5 dog pens which I received. However, one of the packages was delivered a day later than the first two and had been taped because the packaging was torn. Needless to say, I had clamps and bolts missing once I opened it. Thankfully I was joining all three together so had the hinges I needed, but if it hadn't been for that, I would have been short. Aleko should add some extra just to prevent a possible shortage? Also rethink their packaging to make it more durable during transit.”

“I sell your product to customers, specially the AC5700 and this is the second time where the accessories have been on back order. I have a customer that wanted to up-grade from the AC2700 to the AC5700 and she had to purchased the whole thing again. We did not need platform, key pad, remote controls, etc. There should be a way to not having to pay for all this extras”

“Design is very good. The Manufacturing process lacks the quality that was put in the design. Parts that slide together do not have any starting taper for easy assembly. Lot of burrs on every cut or hole. I had to rework the bearing end of the roller because the shaft was rubbing on the plastic insert and would not turn freely (the plastic mold is in need of maintenanc, the OD wobbles in the mating part and there is not enough clearance for the shaft on the ID) Instructions are written by someone that English is not their native language and it showed. Instructions were printed in such low resolution and small print it was very difficult to follow. Pictures or drawings were also in low resolution therefore details were not distinguished. If you wish to see execelent instructions, visit some old “Heath kit” instructions. They were crystal clear in their days. Time will tell if the product will last. Overall I am happy with the product so far. Part quality in this day and age seems to only have lip service. Everyone sings the tune, but can’t walk the walk. So my expectations are low to begin with.”
