I placed an order for something they claimed to have in stock. After my purchase 2 days later and charging my card they sent me an email telling me They didn’t have the item. I could have made the same purchase else where for only a couple Dollars more. So I ended up having to pay $52 bucks extra for the product on eBay. Disappointed with their service.

I have used the AR1450 gate operator for nearly two years and was hit by lighting so I replaced it with the exact motor assembly. You can not go wrong with this sliding gate motor. I love it!

I just purchased the 5-ton electric log splitter and it stopped working the first time I used it. When I press the button it hums then trips the circuit.

Ordered a chicken yard over 1 month ago. Was informed it was back ordered 2 weeks. 1 month goes by. Get hold of some one, they find my order, tell me yes its in and they will ship it that day. Was told 3 to 5 business days. So far its has been11 business days. Still no coop and no communication from them. Very, very poor customer service.

I do not recommend this company,i should have listen to other people's review's!(-Aleko products!) I made an order on their website for sauna. The entire process with them took 3 weeks and from the beginning till the end i had to deal with so unprofessional and rude behavior! Very poor and unprofessional customer service,very rude,the representative Brandi hang up the phone on me after i spend hours on hold with her! I had to dispute the charge through my credit card because this company only wants money from you and nothing else! Total Scam!

I ordered three 5x5 dog pens which I received. However, one of the packages was delivered a day later than the first two and had been taped because the packaging was torn. Needless to say, I had clamps and bolts missing once I opened it. Thankfully I was joining all three together so had the hinges I needed, but if it hadn't been for that, I would have been short. Aleko should add some extra just to prevent a possible shortage? Also rethink their packaging to make it more durable during transit.

I sell your product to customers, specially the AC5700 and this is the second time where the accessories have been on back order. I have a customer that wanted to up-grade from the AC2700 to the AC5700 and she had to purchased the whole thing again. We did not need platform, key pad, remote controls, etc. There should be a way to not having to pay for all this extras
