“Although I had a few problem with a bracket and arm, customer service was excellent and replacement parts were sent promptly. I have finished the install and need to do some minor tweaks. I manage to install the 13ft wide awning on my own, only needing help from a neighbor for final roller lift into place. My wife is short and is not stable on a ladder!! Would recommend this company.”

“The product is great - the only hiccup is they were missing 2 of the 12 brackets that hold each panel together. ALEKO customer service was very responsive and sent me the remaining brackets right away, free of any shipping charges. Will purchase from them again!”

“I will say the support was very misinformed, I needed a limiting switch I purchased it then they said I burnt the mother board Well two brand new parts later and nothing works! Had to buy a whole new unit because of them José Valdivia”

“My problem is that now I receive the produce is that is only the arms, control panel and the 2 remotes for $449.00. Now I have to return this product and pay for the return. Now I have to make another purchase for the 2 arms for $298.00, not explain properly. I am now filling out this information so I don't no how much it will cost until I go to the shippers.”

“I am very dissatisfied with the product which was shipped defective and the customer service in trying to get resolution to the issue. I have been waiting days for an answer to emails and phone calls. The hot tub is not functional. The heater does not work according to the description on the website and then the tub deflated and leaked all over my floor. Four phone calls, three disconnects and an "I'll call you back" all today from customer service. Tech support does not know how their own products are supposed to function and have to email the factory in China to get information.”

“Talked to a young customer agent about delaying our order because of one item out of stock. You held the total order. The agent offered no options but to cancel ,after 5 days which, as a customer ,would have liked a better option. SO we cancelled the order.”

“Awning is great once installed. Included instructions are horrible (Please have someone re-write this manual who actually can read & write with proper language skills). With a little common sense & some ingenuity you can do it. You need to be somewhat of a handyman, not for someone inexperienced with tools. We had two persons, would have been much easier with three at the point where you attach roller tube & awning to track on RV. Overall real happy with awning & quality!”

“Ordered barrel sauna roof shingles. Received email of shipping and day to arrive never showed up. Called and package still at FedEx with note too heavy. After numerous calls, I finally received 3 weeks later and packing was horrible. Box fell apart when carrying. And zero instructions. After opening there were no screws to attach shingles to roof and front trim wood as depicted in the installation video. No where on site does it say not included or even offer it as an install kit. Custom service people are very nice on the phone, just nothing gets done in a timely manner, and or things that are necessary are not included. Will never order anything from this company.”

“the service was good and the awning was good however the beading that goes into the awning to attach it to the frame was too large. i had to use another source to enable me to attach the awning to the frame>”

“The boxes the panels and clamps were in are ripped and torn. One panel has a wire broken loose on the bottom of the panel , one panel has the wire bent, and 8 of the clamps are missing. While it appears to be a good product the packing, handling and shipping are very poor. When I called Customer Service to make a report they would not even talk to me until I sent pictures of the damaged and missing parts. Just how do you take pictures pf parts that aren't there?”
