We requested additional remote controlunits for a gare as well as a gate wheel The products were received on time, the products were exactly what we ordered and were easy to program and install

Part description and actual part do not match. Wrong part was received. Called the number to talk about the issue and they only accept by email which will take even longer to get any response back. Send email with picture of the item and copy of the paper which came with the part and so far no response from Aleko, very poor customer service. I will never buy Aleko products anymore and will not recommend it to anyone.

We had planned on a trip to the water slides for my daughters 2nd birthday. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy so at the last minute I bought a bounce house from ALEKO and threw a party in our gym. It was a hit and the kids had a blast. The blower that came with it inflated it within minutes. Use this bounce house twice and you've paid what it would have cost to rent a bounce house instead of buy.

Cheap junk. Best example of you get what you pay for. Lowes,gorilla tape, and rope are the only way this thing will stand in wind of 1 mph or greater

The delivery was a joke!! Both of the 2 packages were torn open.... one of them in half. The Fed-Ex guy dumped it on our front porch so roughly that screws and metal attachments were strewn all about our porch. unbelievable!! One box had been ripped open and dragged severely enough that the tarp was pulled out and torn. There is no phone number by which to contact the company. If you read this please contact me.

My order was placed on June 25 with 3-5 day guaranteed shipping. I received an email stating that the order had been shipped and was expected to arrive on Thursday, June 26. Great news I thought. June 26th came and went and when I checked the status at FedEx, the order stated that only the print label had been printed, no other activity. Upon contacting Aleko, I learned that part of my order was on backorder for at least 4-6 weeks. That was never indicated anywhere during the purchasing process and would have saved a lot of headache. Then went through several emails and finally called to get the order figured out. When I asked for rush shipping, that request was denied. Frustrating that I've had my banister off for a week waiting on parts with small children at home. Frustrations: 1). Lack of communication when order was not able to be fulfilled. Why should I be the one to contact Aleko as the customer? I should have been notified by the company not the other way around. 2) Receiving an email stating order had been shipped when clearly it hadn't. 3) Unwilling to correct what was clearly a Aleko issue by declining to overnight the remainder of my shipment.
