“Gate controller has worked great but the I have had to replace gate operators twice in four years. The plastic internal parts seem to have trouble in out hot New Mexico sun. I wish they could design this with metal gears instead of plastic.”

“My project is complete and working fine. Delivery fast and packed well. As inexperienced self installer, I had to study directions. High quality product at very competitive price. Will tell others about my beautiful recreational vehicle awning. Some attachment hardware was changed by me at my choice. Experienced helpfull install friends are happy too.”

“I wanted a product similar to weed control but stronger. I placed product in my flower beds to keep dirt under control. California is becoming one big dirt pile. Your product is great. Also will add , pricing is fantastic.”

“Very nice awning. Instruction, however need work. The diagrams and instructions were pretty poor. I still haven't set up the limit on the power drive as there are several different instruction that are not very clear.”

“Awning install directions are very poor and as noted by others, is in need of more detail and much better illustrations. Also, the drum shaft "cover" (which is actually a plastic bushing) came broken due to improper packing from china. Had to make Super Glue repairs and re-engineered the bushing to sit properly in the housing. Would not have been able to install the awing if I were not a retired mechanical engineer. Other than the poor instruction manual the broken part during transit due to poor packing design, the awning works fine.”

“When product was purchased was stated on invoice it was a 2 day ship. Then found out it was over a week before I was to get the product and when I called customer service was very very rude. Will never order from Aleko again”

“i was supposed to get my order last Friday and didn't. I called your company and was told that it would be delivered on Saturday. I knew Fed Ex doesn't deliver on the weekends but I asked the girl if they did just to hear what she would say. She said they did deliver on the weekends. Yeah right. Here it is Monday and I still don't have my order. I am very angry about this and I should change my selection to very poor.”
